There was spaghetti, chicken-fried chicken, and fried catfish. They have two or three of the typical buffet vegetables along with a salad bar. All of the things on the salad bar looked fresh, but they had those little red BB's that are a substitute for bacon bits. That is classic West Texas, small town salad bar right there. Made me smile (though I did not eat any of them). :-) We would certainly come back here and try some of the other fare.
