After several weeks of reaching out, DJ Mello and my friend came to a repayment agreement and then he blocked her on all of his social medias in attempt to get rid of her. If you never planned on refunding the security deposit, he should have been honest and upfront. It isn't good business practice to say you're going to do something and then don't.
