In fact, they far exceeded my expectations so much so that I hired them to do additional tree trimming on some other trees. These are the best tree trimmers I've ever hired. Before starting the job, I wanted proof of their insurance and was provided the proof so they are indeed insured. My neighbor, who never hires anyone to cut his many trees, was so impressed with their work that he actually hired Jo'Se Tree Trimming to cut down one of his Ash trees as they were finishing their job with us. We wanted everything hauled away which was part of the estimate and the workers did that and, thoroughly raked the ground to pick up all debris. Everything was very neat and professional. All the workers on site were very respectful and put together as well. We paid with card which added a normal 3.99% fee to process but, if you use Zelle like my neighbor did, there isn't a card processing fee. I requested an emailed receipt which I also received. The email invoice was also professional and put together. The price was reasonable and better than others. He and his crew came at 8:30a and left at 2:30. Jim and his crew did a great job! Whoever trimmed the trees before I got the property did an awful job so Jim not only fixed that mess but expertly shaped the trees. The large tree in the front was a real project and I admit I had my doubts that Jim could pull it off. I saw the finished work on that one at the end of the final inspection.
