My actual rating is a 4.5 for the whole experience. The work they did for me was fantastic. The estimate and explanation of the work was thorough and helpful. They completed everything as agreed, the cost was reasonable, they cleaned up and hauled off the trimmings, and the crew had an effectively leader and seemed to work well together. The half-point off is that, even though their communication had been effective up until the job, they were late to my appointment. I had to initiate contact twice (email & voice-mail) to get an ETA., instead of them contacting me to say they'd be late. Would I use them again and recommend them? Absolutely! read more

Very awesome experience! This is my first house and I confess, I don't know anything about trees. A branch fell in the GIANT tree we have in our backyard and it broke some other branches on the way down. I had called another company who quoted me, what I felt, was a little steep to remove the broken branches and to just make sure everything was ok and cleaned up. Robert showed up on time, gave us probably more than a fair price, and hauled everything away. The tree looks great. I didn't feel swindled or pressured into making changes or doing unnecessary work. He even removed all the ball moss from my front tree while he was there. Friendly, great, and professional service. I really appreciate his time and quality of work. 5 Stars all the way around! Had storm damage and a broken HUGE limb. Robert gave me a very fair estimate to remove the limb and clean up the whole tree. This live oak is absolutely huge so I knew this would be a lot of work. His crew was polite and very professional. I think a couple of his workers had to be part monkey due to the way they scurried up that tree! You couldn't have paid me enough to climb all the way up there! If you need tree removal or trimming call these guys! Lowest bid I received and they actually know their stuff. I've had numerous people mislabel my trees and make me look like an dork calling an Ash an Oak over and over. These guys own a small business and happen to have an expert climber cutting the time of the job in half, which in turn enables them to give you great prices. I couldn't hire them for this particular job because of schedule conflicts with my neighbor, this tree removal would require her to block off her driveway and she owns a daycare. Anyways, Michael was great and I really look forward to hiring them for another job. Call them! They are licensed and insured which is not very common in my experience of shopping around. Found 1-Two-Tree Trimming on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. Their estimate was very reasonable! I had large tree's that needed to be trimmed and they did an incredible job! Michael and his crew were very professional and totally changed the look of my yard. They were very careful cutting trees that were over hanging to my neighbors carport. Not only did they trim some bushes for me but they also hauled away some of my brush I had in my yard that I hadn't had time to dispose of them. They also did excellent work at my brothers home that was a few houses down from me. We are VERY satisfied with Michael's work and would recommend them to anyone that needed Tree Service!
