In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They dropped the tree like it was nothing even though the way they dropped it was against gravity. It only took two hours to drop a huge dead cottonwood and remove 8 smaller ones. D & T gave us an estimate last year to take out two rows of trees last summer. we were told the…read morestumps would be grinders down and everything would look great. the trees were taken down but they left the stumps behind. I called them several times last year each time I was given a new excuse as to why the stumps could not be ground down. This year the stumps were sprouting new branches. I had a portion of the fence removed so they could get their grinder in the yard. Then they tried to say I had to take the entire fence down. I told them that was not a part of the deal when they bid the job they needed to get rid of the stumps regardless. he sent the guy with the grinder back and he proceeded to make a mess of my entire yard I have huge holes all over both sides of my back yard with deep trenches extending six feet beyond the trees taken out They did nothing to level the ground. When I tried to speak with him about the quality of his work he just waved at me and left .They left a huge mess! When the guys came to replace the fence they ran into more stumps on the other side that sound have been removed belonging to the trees they took out. Now I keep getting text messages about service dates when I called back to ask if they were coming back to fill I. The holes and even out the ground they said they would only return for new tree service. I am a 65 year old woman they left me a mess far too big for me to deal with and quite frankly a hazardous an dangerous yard. .

We had him remove grass in a large area of our yard that wrapped around our shed and pole barn. He also cleared out an old dirt bike trail our kids had built years ago that had gotten over grown with weeds and small trees. He then put in a crushed asphalt driveway that went from our pole barn in the middle section of our backyard, all the way up to our driveway and had it all smoothed out beautifully. He brought in loads and loads of dirt to level out our yard in places it was needed as well as a huge load of mulch to help us create what will be a beautifully landscaped flower bed eventually. Mitch and his crew did everything we asked them to do and everything they said they would do too. I couldn't be happier with the job. I would also like to mention this is the second time we have used M&K for a project. Last year he came out and they did the slab for our pole barn and it was a top notch job to say the least. There was never enough materials delivered at any one time to finish the job. I was not kept informed when he would be back to finish the job even though I paid him in full. Finally, the end of October they were out here to re-roll the road and I assumed to finish my drive. Later that day I saw that different materials were used and only half of my driveway was rolled. So one side is rough asphalt stones while the other side is fine stone and rolled. It seriously looks like 2 different driveways split down the middle. I sent pictures to him and asked if he was finished. I was told by his wife that he was but she would forward the pictures to Mitch. I have not heard a single word from them since. I feel it's a shame as Mitch was a really nice guy. He did a good job on our road. But I feel he got to the point that he didn't care to finish my driveway with any high standards.
