Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. I got a call a few days later saying the motor was discontinued, and the replacement was $480. I said no problem, get it coming. Then a Jack calls me up saying he needs more money to cover tax. Huh? I am in California, you are in Illinois, and your website didn't ask for tax. His explanation is they shipped direct from the motor supplier, so they have to collect tax. My explanation is I bought it from you, not your motor supplier, so your reseller certificate should cover the tax problem. and you should ship it to Illinois, if you want to avoid that. Well, Gilly the manger doesn't care, and told me its the law, blah blah blah, and even though I explained to him how taxes work, and its who your buying it from not who your shipping it to. The fact that this company docent want to ship it into their warehouse, they want to ship it direct is the reason the tax is being triggered, even though they had the wrong price on the motor, and are continuing to waste my time, they don't seem to care. Their web site say Customer Service is our number one goal for 60 years, well I beg to differ. They clearly don't care about me or my needs, and just want to nickel and dime me. ORDER CANCLED!!!

If you visit the URL and scroll towards the bottom you will see it. I sent a message thru their webform and got a call back and a message left. I returned that call and spoke with someone who insisted there is no $64 package and that I would be paying $90 for it instead. I even gave the person the page URL and he instead that they (presumable those at the Cedar Rapids office) were not responsible for what was on their corporate webpage. I posted on Big Dog's Facebook page which they promptly deleted (so I reposted and will continue to do so) and sent email through their link title Corporate on their page. A few minutes later I got a call from Zach to resolve this issue...which didn't get resolved. It just got Zach repeating that Dish Network is responsible for the pricing, no matter what the BD website says. He decided he was going to keep overtalking me and raising his voice, not a smart customer service type thing to do. I hung up on him and now I know why we left Dish Network many years ago.
