As a young first time home buyer it was a very intimating process, but the Pierce(s) made the entire process easy. Their recommendations from brokers to escrows were helpful and most of all, they had the ability to hone in find exactly what we were looking for--sometimes unbeknownst to even us. Their professionalism and availability every step of the way made them valuable assets during the entire process. As someone who's always on a device it was nice being able to contact them across multiple mediums and at any point during the day. The biggest benefit was their wisdom and experience within the southern California real estate market. We all know what you think of value has to be skewed for southern California, but even more so is their ability to judge each neighborhood within southern California as it's own micro-climate. To cut things short, the they're great! Would recommend fully.

The previous agent was not stepping up and we were finding more options than him.  Arman and Chris stepped up to the plate. They did their due diligence with every single house that they showed us. From value, to potential value, school districts, etc. Etc.  We were in communication at least once a day if not more and we finally felt as if our voices were heard and we will conquer this market. We were able to not only find a house below the market value, but also find our dream house. They were there every step of the way with every aspect until escrow closed. This would not have happened without their perseverance, their patience, and their commitment to give their very best. Thank you gentlemen.

The entire sale side can be overwhelming and stressful but Rachel's demeanor always made my husband and I comfortable and at ease. When it came to questions she was always available to us via phone, text, email or in person and respond in a timely fashion. Even with our busy work schedules, she handled the sale side seamlessly. We immediately began calling neighbors and the police as we rushed back to the house. Once we arrived, we saw Monique Carrabba, who informed us that she was the one who triggered the alarm. She made a point of saying that she knew our house was not ready for showings. She said she checked the listing and it said "no phone calls, no emails" etc. The sign on our lawn says "coming soon". Yet in spite of every literal sign saying "do not come in", she did exactly that. She entered our home with her client, and if the alarm would not have gone off, we may have never even known she was here. I don't want to imagine what might have happened if I came home and found her trespassing in my home. Needless to say, this incident caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Monique's entitled behavior was totally and completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and reckless. I understand if her client was only in town for the weekend, but we would have gladly accommodated her with a simple phone call or email to our agent. This experience will make it very unlikely for us to accept any offers from any Carrabba Group clients.
