Amazing day care center!…read more My kid has been going here for over a year and has transitioned between 3 classrooms. This Facility was our favorite by far when we did tours in the area - modern building / facilities, great technology to stay connected and monitor your kids, and very friendly and competent staff. This is what daycare should be like in today's age! Parking can be a bit of a pain at times as pickup / drop-off for most parents are around the samtimes and the parking spaces are not the biggest. There's also a high school across the street that causes some traffic disruption but just avoid those times. They give you two apps, one that the teachers use to track meals / diaper changes, and one that you can see your kid at all times. There's a fairly structured curriculum for the kids, though usually I just see them running around having fun. The staff are all very friendly and will try to give each individual kid as much love as possible. Highly recommended

From an education perspective, our baby is hitting his milestones physically, socially, and emotionally. They provide weekly lesson plans that are age appropriate. As an educator, I've heard from many kinder teachers at our school that students coming from OFA are prepared and beyond. The facilities are always clean and up to par. It feels nicer than any other school in the area. The directors are always at the front available to chat if needed. Last and most importantly, the teachers are fabulous. They're friendly and love our babies. I appreciate that the administration cares about teacher retention but also doesn't continue to keep teachers If they don't meet the expectations of OFA. I have peace of mind knowing our baby is good hands. I always recommend to my friends and neighbors looking for high quality school for little ones.

It's hard for me to write this review but it has been a few months and I think I can finally say…read morethings without being emotional. When my toddler started here, things were so good! It was amazing to see him be social especially since he's a COVID baby. The ratio was small, his teachers and staff great. A few months passed and the school started to reach maximum ratio in his class (higher ratio here in general compared to other facilities nearby) and that's when things started going downhill. My son started to not want to go to school. For weeks it would be a battle and he would cry seeing the school. I didn't understand but then we started getting daily phone calls with reports of incidents--he was being bitten, hit and scratched by others for 2 weeks straight. Sometimes he would come home with bruises with no reports and we'd have to call to find out what happened. We had many, many meetings and calls with staff to rectify the situation as we loved the school but in the end, they took little responsibility and minimal changes while my son still bears a scar on his face from one of the incidents. There's so much more I could write but I think the above is the most important. They just expected me to shrug things off, even sent a mass letter stating that biting is normal. Not sure what that helps when my son was getting hurt daily. Also, he never hit or retaliated--I asked the teachers. So it wasn't him.

Highly recommended and impressed! The staff and teacher is very responsive and caring. I love that there's a curriculum and have learning activities, not your typical daycare where they watch the child. I can see my baby advancing much quicker. The staff is very efficient when we comes to pick up/dropping off the kid since we cannot enter the building due to COVID. The staff remembers all the parents faces and can identify quickly who we are picking up. I do wish the facility has a camera so I can creep on what my baby is doing, but I definitely understand that it's a liability issue as well.

Finding the right preschool in Houston felt overwhelming, especially because my son needed extra…read moresupport with speech, potty training, and socializing. I spent a lot of time searching for a daycare that supports speech delays and early childhood development, and I'm so glad we found Laugh n Discover. He started at the end of February 2025, and at that time he had a significant speech delay, wasn't fully potty trained, and struggled being around new people. Fast forward just a couple of months, and the growth has been amazing. By May, he was fully potty trained (even overnight), speaking in full sentences, asking questions, and even starting to count and identify colors. The moment that really got me? He can write his name now, and he's proud of it. But beyond the academic stuff, the emotional growth has been huge. He used to feel anxious walking into new environments, and now he's excited to go in and play with other kids. He's telling full stories, using his imagination, and just seems so much more confident and comfortable. The teachers are incredibly patient, supportive, and genuinely care about each child's development. They create a play-based learning environment that still builds real skills for kindergarten readiness. I also really appreciate how they involve parents. They give us ideas and simple activities to continue learning at home, which makes it feel like a true partnership. If you're a parent in Houston looking for a preschool that helps with speech development, potty training, and social skills, this place is absolutely worth considering.

Our son (19 months) just made the transition from the infant center. The toddler center is a whole new world with different crafts and learning activities. I am very pleased with his teachers and the schedule they keep. The building is secure with a coded lock - everyone who enters must key in the code to enter. My favorite part is the app called class dojo where they upload photos throughout the day. I knew from the start I wanted a school that gave me updates throughout the day - it literally brightens my day when they post photos and helps keep me informed how his day is going and what they are doing. I feel like this school is a real hidden gem.

I love this school from their Infant care program till preschool. My daughter loves her teachers and school. Majority of the teachers there have been with them for years. It is like a big family and amazingly every kid know each other by name. However, I think they need to update their old playground equipments and also the concrete pavement in their backyard that kids play and have snacks. It doesn't sound safe to me as my daughter has a few scrapes here and there from time to time. Lastly, I wish they don't group 3-5 years old in one class and her current class is big in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend this school if you are living in the neighborhood. We travel quite a distance for our daily commute to her school but we don't mind as long as my princess is happy.
