He calls himself the tint guy. He tinted my glass in the office but has poor business skills. He did the work but does understand what an invoice is for and has a really bad attitude. I will never let him get any more of our business because of poor customer service. Do not use if you are looking for a professional. read more

I had the windows tinted on my brand new suv and they did an awesome job with the exception of the back hatch. It ended up getting a small hole in the tint for some reason so I called to have it fixed. I arrived at my scheduled time and had to wait for them to finish a job that was ahead of me. While I waited, the guy that did mine, huffed and showed body language as if he was upset that I was there. I showed him the area and of course it was my fault. He said something rubbed a hole in it. I had not had anything in there the four days the windows were tinted to cause this. After a short discussion, he removed the tint and replaced it with new. Excellent work and I'm happy with it. I'm just a little upset about the way I was treated when I had to return to have the lifetime warranty tint repaired. Don't offer lifetime warranty against scratches, peels, fades, chips etc. if you're gonna get upset when the customer returns to have it fixed. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I spent three consecutive days dealing with nothing but grief over this establishment. I brought my 2020 Mustang GT Premium (I had it for two days on Monday) to The Tint Guys on Monday March 7th and had the windows tinted. They were kind enough to work me in that day. Upon drop-off, I noticed that the workers were sitting their work lights on top of my vehicle (among other equipment they felt necessary to throw on the roof of my vehicle), getting mud all in it, did not even clean the glass before applying the tint, and worst of all, they cut the film on top of the glass on my vehicle. I left that day unhappy with the service I received and sincerely hoping the tint turned out okay because it was raining so hard on Monday I couldn't really tell how it turned out. When I got up the next day (it wasn't raining and the sun was out) I noticed dirt and hair all in my tint, creating bubbles that will not come out over time. So I immediately called the owner and was nice and patient with him. I told the owner that I just wanted it fixed right or to take it off and refund me and I'll be on my way and won't say a word. He got me back in and redid the tint late that evening. I also learned that the owner of the Tint Guy was fired from his previous job due to poor performance on vehicle tinting prior to opening his own business "The Tint Guys" which have been in business for only two years. We took this information politely and still gave the owner the benefit of the doubt that he would make this right for me. After my 2nd appointment, the job was even worse. I was baffled. More dirt and more hair. I told him to take it off and refund me and he did. The next day I go out and notice that my back glass and side quarter glass on both sides is scratched up cut deep from the razor blades they used to cut the film while it was on the vehicle. At this point, I had enough and had given too many opportunities for the owner to correct the wrongdoing. I called the owner, met him at his shop. He came out and looked and verbally agreed that they damaged my vehicle. I told the owner that he would have to fix it and he agreed to meet me at Moses Ford to see what could be done to fix the damages. Moses Ford meticulously attempted to buff the glass with some compound but the scratches were too deep and Moses Ford stated that the glass would have to be replaced. When this was communicated to the owner he left!!! Moses called "The Tint Guy" with a quote and he had the nerve to tell me I was being unreasonable because I told him it needed to be taken care of immediately and not wait. He wanted to wait until the next day to pay and order the glass. He yelled over the phone and was telling me I was going to be waiting there a long time because he has a business to run. I had to threaten a lawsuit to get this business owner to come pay for the damages he done to my car. At that point I did not believe he would pay for the damages at all and had to call a lawyer immediately. I have no empathy for a person who does bad business and continues to provide a service that he clearly has no business providing because he and his workers are so unskilled at their line of work. What's worse is I witnessed brand new vehicles in his shop getting tinted. I hate to see the damages to those peoples rides. This is not how you do business. I hope he sees this review. I wouldn't have said a word and been on my way if the owner would have acted like a responsible business owner and took care of his mistakes professionally. I was nothing but kind and patient with him up until the point of being called "unreasonable" and being put on hold for the damages caused to my vehicle. He didn't even have the nerve to look at me or speak to me when he finally came back to pay the bill after arguing with him over it. He destroyed the glass on a $50,000 vehicle and no one at this shop can tint. Sadly, this wasn't the first vehicle to be ruined there and I'm sure it won't be the last. John Wheeler, you are not a professional and your business will fail if you keep up this work ethic. read more
