Bottom Line: Charming historic stone house and barn with all sorts of furniture, home decor,…read morewomen's clothing, accessories, lighting and such. The Olde Mill House Shoppes is two different buildings - the old stone house and an old barn - that have a wide selection of stuff that women love to shop like rugs, furniture, lighting, home decor, kitchen gadgets, pantry items, women's clothing and accessories. They also have a floral department that I think makes wreaths. My favorite part of the shoppes was the old stone house. Aside from admiring the lovely architecture I enjoyed looked at kitchen gadgets, kitchen decor, pantry items like bread mixes and such. I loved the creek of the floors too. It was a very charming experience. A lot of the furniture was definitely in the Shaker and colonial styles. The lighting section was amazing. Lots of early American inspired design lighting. I wasn't in the market for lighting so I moved on to other things. The rug section was fun to peruse. I saw they sold one of my favorite brands - Dash and Albert. They also had a lot of braided rugs. Regarding the clothing section in the refurbished barn, it wasn't really my style but it seemed like there were some regular customer in there having an absolute ball shopping for some new outfits. It kind of reminded me of the fun, comfy and colorful styles you might find at Chico's. Aside from the above, there was plenty more to look at like some linens, wall art, candles, etc. Overall, this was a fun place to explore and a great place to stop in while in Lancaster County.

I work as a pt maintenance here and my experience here hasn't been great so far. The management…read moreteam move around me weirdly like they have a problem with me being there and often times give me patronizing vibes like if I'm inconvenience to them despite me being a worker here. The store service itself has racial tension surrounding those that are colored. Because I am a colored worker who has to take my time of day during the morning to provide service for them. The associates also give me racial vibes and fake energy whenever I show up to do my service but I rarely socialize nor interact with them. But I personally dislike what's going on at this store and hope they do better with their service because something needs to change. For the meantime I won't be supporting or purchasing anything from this store despite me working here.

Love me a Home Good store! If you love to decorate and change things up this store is for you!…read more I love the higher end quality of the merchandise, the vast selection for all decor styles, the luxury finishes...I love it all! While some of the items are definitely not cheap, considering their quality it is a bargain. I have scored many of good deals here and pretty much trained myself to head straight to the back of the store and check out the end caps for the best bargains. I especially love that they carry some occasional furniture pieces here. Don't expect to come and purchase an entire dining room set but you might find one here at some point. You just never know, which leads to me a word of advice. IF YOU SEE IT AND LOVE IT, BUY IT! You may NEVER find it again. Trust me on this! I've found out the hard way more than once. So whether you're shopping for yourself for new throw pillows, or looking for a dramatic piece to add to your holiday dinner table, or looking for the just-right hostess gift look no further than Home Goods.

Love me some Hobby Lobby and so glad they finally opened a store in Lancaster!…read more Today is their first day open and grand opening. Staff are everywhere and the store is gorgeous! Everyone was pleasant and eager to help you find what you're looking for. Cashier lines were shorter than expected. If you're unfamiliar with HL they are so much more than crafts and fabric. I would consider them a home goods store first and craft store secondary. They carry everything but furniture pieces. From mirrors to cabinet knobs, from frames, garlands, and baskets to trinkets and party supplies they have it all. They even carry pretty office supplies- check out the photos for a bedazzled hot pink stapler! If you're a fan of modern farmhouse/Joanna Gaines you'll find everything you need to replicate her style in your home. Of course they have crafts supplies galore and probably the best inventory of scrapbooking supplies. I especially liked the multiple isles of kids crafts. Even though they just opened discounts were present in every dept. The only crafting items I didn't see were wool felting kits ( they had a few supplies) or felt applique kits of any kind but they might not be popular in this area. Be sure to go online for your 40% off coupon. They're always offered. I think I found my new favorite store!
