    Office staff is the worst with communication. Always combative, which causes me as the customer to…read moregive it right back to them which unfortunately makes the situation more hostile. Issue: I called in January to cancel a monthly scheduled appointment due to being out of town. I was told that I could not cancel the monthly appointment. Rather would have to go quarterly or allow them to come and spray just the outside of my home. My thinking is, why would I only have the outside sprayed where it will likely just be washed away by the rain. It would be a waste. Being out of town I agreed to just do the quarterly treatment. I was simply told it was being changed. Upon my March "quarterly visit" the tech came and did his thing. All good. A week later (today) I get an email advising my payment was processed for $105. I was caught off guard as I was not aware the service went from $48 per visit to $105! When I called to get clarification, I was then advised with having the quarterly service the charge is $105 and I would have been told this when I changed the type of service frequency. I advised that I was never given this information at any time during the call in January or I wouldn't be calling today! Today, I also was informed that I would have the ability to call for any problems in between the quarterly visits @ no additional charge. To be honest, I have the money, so that isn't an issue. The issue is the smarty pants office worker I talked to in January didn't have the decency nor take the time to fully advise of the important changes that would come with changing the frequency of the service. This should have definitely been included in the conversation. But I expect nothing less from them at this point. The staff just talks to you any way, like the customer owes them something! The ONLY reason I am staying with this company after the funky attitudes of the office staff, is the great work and professionalism I have received over the last 2 years by the technicians. Communication goes a long way. It would be nice if this company would realize that. I guess as long as they are getting paid they don't really care.
