I just visited this place to have a tshirt custom printed. I told the associate up front that I only needed 1 shirt printed. After picking out a shirt and going through the design process I was told that there was a 6 shirt minimum. I stated that I did not need 6 shirts, just the one. I was then informed that they were focusing on business to business customers. Also on my visit another customer was in the store ordering custom UT jerseys for his two daughters. Just picked up my 1-Day Rush Tee and am sooooo happy with it! My daughter had mailed me a card covered in artwork that she had drawn. I was able to scan it, load it up, order ONE(!) tee online, pay with Paypal and pick it up the same day. Online and on the store front, this business is open on Saturdays at 10 am. We went by and waited for it to open. At 10:01, we tried the door and it was still locked. Totally acceptable, right? So we call. No one answered. Another family came by and said they called earlier in the week and were told it would be open. We went to get breakfast and came back almost an hour later, and the door was still locked. This is completely unacceptable and very poor customer service. read more

We won't ever shop here again. We went into the store rather than just order online to ensure all went well and make sure we didn't miss anything - and to support local business. Custom shirts are expensive and we were ordering shirts for my son's senior trip. We placed the order in the store and paid. About a week later (by e-mail) were we told the graphics we provided needed to be higher resolution. My husband advised to cancel the order because we didn't have time to seek out additional graphics. (There was a difference of about 50 dpi in the resolution provided and what they needed.) A reply was never received from the Tee Spot. About 2 weeks later I inquired about the refund and we were told refunds weren't possible because they had already ordered our shirts. I sought out new graphics and uploaded to the web site. About a week later we were invited in to view the graphics printed on a test scrap. We were excited about this because of our investment in the shirts and liked that we could see a sample of the final product. The sample was printed on a bright blue regular t-shirt and they looked fine. They didn't provide a sample of the graphic on the front of the shirt but we went ahead and told them to print. About a week later we went to pick up the shirts but were very disappointed when we saw them. The lettering was smudgy as compared to the sample (told by the lady that took our order this was because we had ordered "comfort tee's) and the sample was printed on different fabric. I suppressed my anger because my son was with us - why would they provide a sample on a shirt that will produce different results than the product you ordered?!?!?!?!?!?!? The graphics on the front were black and white and the font in beige. Had we seen this in the sample we would have requested the font also be in white - it looks ridiculous. The lady (same one that took our order in the store) didn't seem to care about our obvious disappointment. My husband and I are upset with the shirts that were supposed to be a nice memento of the trip for my son and his friends on his senior trip. Never again with this vendor. Never again. ;-( read more
