And that has been true for all the years I've been with him. My needs grew from just simple car insurance to multiple cars and then a homeowners policy. All were explained to me and all my questions (being an engineer and MBA I'm often times too inquisitive), were fully answered. His team is great and also helpful and very responsive. Dave is someone that I'd hang out with just because he's so personable and helpful. Like, a genuine good guy that you want to be around. How many people can say that about their insurance agent? In conclusion, Dave knows his stuff, provides excellent service, is helpful, and can handle all questions thrown at him. Whether you live in California, are in Denver, or elsewhere, Dave will take care of you.

After opening an account, they forgot to send my debit card for 2 months. Then, when I did need to activate it in an emergency, they had inactivated my account. I was unable to access my money from my debit card even after an hour invested in going to the branch and speaking with them. During the 30-minute wait the receptionist gave me to talk to a banker, I signed up for a new account at whitefish credit Union next door who had three bankers available. It doesn't seem like many people are empowered to do critical things. I used this debit card as a backup but I'm finding the bank to be too chaotic even for that.
