If he's THAT busy, than I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. He makes me upload sensitive documents to a website that is "secure". I already felt uneasy about it, but I trusted Leroy. Now, the IRS is coming to me about my taxes bc HE made a mistake. But of course, I can't call or meet him in person bc he's "very busy". I'm not going to text this whole situation over the phone and then wait for a response. I'd rather talk over the phone or in person to get it over and done with. When I first came to Leory, he was polite and nice. Overtime, he became rude. Take extra caution choosing Leroy as your tax accountant.

I did not get my taxes done by them so I cannot comment on that. But the experience of not being able to reach this company by phone or other and the location listed is not legit. But I cannot give a review positive or negative on the quality of tax prep by this company.

He's open all day and late into the night because there's always clients in his office waiting to do their accounting, payroll, and taxes. Bac Nam is very knowledgeable and he does everything he can to help everyone that steps into his office. Sometimes my dad would say he likes to hang out and drink tea at Bac Nam's office because there's other people getting their services done and he doesn't mind the wait. And anytime that we misplaced any docs and we call Bac Nam to ask him to email or fax it, we get it within 5-10 mins any time of the day. So that's extremely excellent customer service cause what other office will do that for you? I highly recommend getting your taxes, payroll and accounting done by this office!

I'm not sure what you mean by delinquent, unless your definition of being delinquent is because I had not filed my taxes for the prior 2 tax years filing cycle. Well guess what? I took it over to H&R Block and they were able to take care of me in a few hours, my taxes were COMPLETE and very ACCURATE. From what every tax service tells me, H&R block employees are considered entry level with a minimal skillset, but guess what? They figured it out pretty quickly, it wasn't that complicated. For you to try to make it out like it was so complex tells a lot about you. You should not have charged me since you did absolutely nothing, that's usually how it goes.
