I was at the tap for a fundraiser tonight. Food was delayed until about an hour I got to eat . One of the most disorganized events I've ever been to . The servers were very nice . But the manager Tyler was extremely unpleasant to talk to . He was very rude and even seen him push a customer out of the door while yelling loudly. This was an EXCELLENT way to end our rather interesting day in the city of Regina. Service was quick, we had to find our own table which was kinda hard. Nice and sunny. Water here is not dusty and there is a TONNE of ice. Our food was delicious. Tacos were a bit spicy and my fries were NOT gluten free but that's ok cause I took a bunch of pills. Other then the fact that our visit has a time limit for we have to be gone at EIGHT, this was an overall great experience. Worst service!! My friend and I went there for a couple drinks and nachos last night. We originally sat outside but due to the smoke, we asked to move inside. The inside waitress completely ignored us. After an hour of not receiving service and wanting more drinks, I flagged her down and told her that we had not had any service at this table yet and would like more drinks. She rudely said "Ok, what'ya want?" Keep in mind, it was NOT busy in there. She had plenty of time to spend flirting with table of guys in the bar. I have never had worse customer service in my life in any facet of the service industry. Our server didn't take our order for 30 minutes and then put the order in another 34 after that (her words). After an hour and twenty minutes we didn't have our food and asked if it could be boxed because we had to go back to work and it was literally thrown in random boxes and then the sever who never offered a single apology but tried to argue with us, threw the bills on a table close to us but not ours without a word and then bagged the food boxes, threw them on a table nearby and walked away. She didn't say a single word and didn't even hand us our food. It was the worst service I have ever had and the worst I have ever been treated. We didn't complain or say a mean word to her and she treated us terribly. I will never go back, ever! We sat there for an hour and a half with no meals and it was a full hour and forty minutes by the time we got our boxes. The restaurant was not short staffed, was not busy, and was a typical Wednesday. Also her words. There was no reason for this at all. read more
