The tan was excellent and she really knows what she is doing. I havent spray tanned in years and am likely an addict because it looks SO NATURAL!! Today i went in for some semi perm eyelashes with the equally wonderful Angela. Incredibly friendly and a real professional - they looks so incredible ive rushed home to write this review. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE i know! Very clean salon and Angelas treatment room is really lovely and relaxing. Great point- they ALWAYS heat up the rooms for you- i hate going someone to try and relax while sitting there shivering. Unless you walk up the hill directly from the back entrance of the train station, chances are you wouldn't know it's there. However, as its been running for years I always see the same regular faces which shows they have a good clientele base. There are 5 stand up sunbeds available, and I think there is a lay down one too but I've never used that one. I have to admit, these are not the strongest sunbeds I've ever been on but I think if you're a first time tanner or a regular user then this salon would be a good place to build a gradual tan. Before you go in the sunbed, on your left you'll find a range of face cleaning products, hair bobbles (one for the girls) and some goggles. They also sell a range of tanning creams which will prolong your tan so definitely worth asking about these if you pop in. The girl on the front desk always smiles and says hello even when I'm just walking by to go to work.

I always opt for the spray tan, as I'm very consious that using sun beds would probably play havoc with my ultra sensitive skin! I would recommend the Mystic tan which can be sprayed in a range of shades. This is an automatic spray booth that you step into, is very easy to use and has voice activated instructions. The ladies are always on hand if you have any questions, and explain everything very clearly if you are unsure what to do. The tanning shop is in a great location, behind the back entrance of New Street train station and therefore is right in the city centre. They also have offers available on a regular basis. They always have booking slots available for a time that is convenient to me, and there is a good footfall of customers throughout the time I am there. All in all, if you are looking for a sun kissed look I would pay this shop a visit!

The salon is in a great location with lots of parking close by. There are both stand up and lay down sunbeds available which you can either pre book or just walk in if you're passing by. They have a few packages for sale which allow you to pay for an amount of minutes in advance which will save you lots of money whilst you work on building up a gradual tan. The girls who work behind the desk are always smiling and look lovely and tanned. If you need any advice on what cream to use or how many minutes to have, the girls will be happy to help you so don't be afraid to ask.

I needed a few things doing so I thought I would try it. Firstly I was greeted by a woman who explained a few things to me polite with a smile and then the beautician herself, her honestly and knowledge of everything was perfect, thought whilst I book a few things I would go on the Sunbed for a couple of weeks to be greeted by a woman who has no business sense at all, the beautician was extremely helpful. Sunbed hours were ridiculous and may as well close up mu niece in Kenilworth told me she has stopped going because she is too expensive, not approachable has being in the reception when she is rude to other people, tells them the hours suits her no wonder it is always empty. Needs to move on and let someone know what they are doing. The beautician there is fab my neice tells me she has been quite poorly, wonder why working with the wicked witch of the east. I have spoken to several others about this salon they have all left her because of the same reasons too expensive, none welcoming, and the owner does not want to know.
