One grandson wanted a very large Sugar Daddy and I didn't see it, but asked the owner and he had it in the back. That was fun to watch our grandson's face light up. I ordered the cinnamon roll center, and my niece got the strawberry cinnamon roll. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately mine was very dry. It was crumbly to the point that my plastic fork was struggling to poke through it, which made it hard to enjoy. That being said, the service was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the bakery itself is adorable. It's such a cute bakery. They also have the cutest little play area for kids, which makes it feel really family-friendly. Even though the cinnamon roll didn't quite hit for me, I would still give this place another try if I'm ever back in the area. I really wanted to love it, and I'd be open to trying something different next time.

My first trip, I didn't know anything about Filipino food, so I got the bento box to try everything. I do not like Mexican rice. There are a couple of Asian rices that I will eat. This Filipino rice was fantastic! I actually liked it! I have tried both types of pork, and the beef. I think the pork is better than the beef. There is a stringy noodle dish of some sort, that I really really really like! Lumpia is their version of a big eggroll, I think. They are also delicious. Today, what the heck, Bento box! Delicious as usual. I will try and get some updated photos of the menu.

My husband and I came here on the fly because we had a hankering for something high in protein that was sweet. I told Molly what my husband liked and what I liked and we came up with some tasty concoctions for us both. I like fruit smoothies usually something tropical. Molly recommended the Pineapple Press but being the strawberry lover I am, I requested the addition of strawberries in which she obliged. My husband is a peanut butter, chocolate and banana kind of guy. So I ordered the Peanut Butter Pump but swapped the vanilla whey for chocolate. Now, here is the kicker. I don't usually like peanut butter nor chocolate and to be honest between the two, his was definitely better! I don't frequent Abilene but honestly we had such a nice trip and I really loved the vibe of tanning and smoothies, so I will DEFINITELY be back.
