This is a small traditional pub that is really nice. We went there at Christmas to have our staff…read moremeal and it was lovely. The food was really nice for a standard 2 course Christmas dinner and it was only £7. The service was friendly and helpful and but there was only a small selection of desserts. There is seating upstairs and downstairs. You can hire the upstairs as a function room for parties. The car park is next to it and is quite big and in walking distance to Prescot town centre.

An enormous building that cannot be missed as you pass through Prescot. It always seemed a rundown…read moresort of place but how things change. Now one of the busiest bars in town but if you like traditional then forget the 'Hope'. It's all wood and steel- Big screens and loud music. Great for a meet before heading off to some real nightlife and great for the footy but if you want a quiet chat then forget it. Very clean with decent well served beer so its ok just moved on somewhat.

Really quaint and some lovely features and touches (real fire, piano,seperate bar and lounge) Think the staff said they do 25 draught beers and real ale and cider, one was erdinger a german wheat beer..unusual. Amazing prices too on beer and food cheaper than weatherspoons. A place for couples or friends but they dont allow children (which is fine with me as its a cozy small place) If you havent tried it do give it a go, I will be back for sure in fact going tomorrow
