At our second call, the issue was not resolved (by Chris himself), and he had to send an employee out again the next day. Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

It was a double feed. The electrician came back, swore the inspector was wrong. Disabled a 3-way swtich to remedy the problem. I find later that it was in fact a double feed issue as a switch the previously had nothing to do with the problem lighting had been wired in causing the issue. I do think that the Harland brothers are good electricians and earned their repulation. But I wouldn't recommend their employees.

He came out to look at boiler, changed a part and got it fired up. Identified that it was cracked and had to be completely replaced. Out of sympathy he just charged me for the part he replaced. He gave me a quote of what it would cost to install a new heating system. I called a few friends that are contractors and they agreed it was a very reasonable price. Dave came out the following day and installed it with his technician. Very professional and efficient, he even took a few hundred dollars off the price that he initially quoted. He checked in the following day to make sure everything was running fine. Great guy that knows how to run a business!

The proposal from Accutemp came in below some other proposals we received. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, hardworking and respectful. Performing the work were Troy, Z and Mike. Unlike our prior experience with expert salesmen who disappeared upon selling the work to be replaced with what seemed like novice technicians, Damon was very involved in the whole process. He came by multiple times during the job and even sent the guys to do some follow up testing on the unit. I tried them originally through their introductory furnace inspection. They came out and inspected…read morethe furnace, and said the furnace was fine but our thermostat was broken and they'd replace it for $300. I told them I would do it myself, and reinstalled the original thermostat, which worked fine. 2 months later (in December) the furnace stopped. I called them, they said they would try to get here that day. We waited all day with no response. They came the day after and said they needed to order a part, but could not tell us when it would arrive. Into the weekend, after 2 full days without heat, they said to get heat on the weekend would cost $1200, or $700 if we waited until Monday or Tuesday. We chucked them and called another company. That company said this was a common problem and should have been caught in the inspection. They could come on the weekend to do it for $1000, or do it on Monday for $500. I shouldn't have called back after the thermostat issue, but I sure won't call again, and recommend anyone else also look elsewhere

I was emailed a receipt immediately from his phone while he was in my house, so I assumed everything was above board. Waited several weeks after the cash was checked, made multiple calls over several months asking for updates with the response that "someone would get back to you soon." Sent two emails with the last one asking for my money back, still haven't heard anything. Notice the owner of the company responded on here once a few years back and that someone had a similar problem just last year, including a technician asking for half the payment upfront. I tried to be patient and was willing to hear them out as to what could cause a delay but I can't do that with zero information, so I decided to share my experience publicly.
