My fiancé and I had a great time exploring every corner and imagining what would come home with us... and of course we couldn't leave empty-handed. He not only does the design and renderings, but he helped us find our floor guy (and we love our floors!), furniture, shades, paint, etc. He knew we are on a budget, so he worked with our budget to find things that are affordable and sustainable. Will and his team created a custom Luminore rust finish on a sound door for my project. My client…read morehad a very specific vision for a dramatic rust look. I had initially tried several painters who had insisted that they could fake anything and make it look real. I had an artist create samples with modern metals paint which contains real metal and results in real rust, but that still didn't create the dramatic layers of color and effect that Will was able to produce. I learned that when you have something that you can see and feel up close, you just can't fake it. The process was expensive, but Will's price compared to Luminore Ore (developers of this process) was very competitive. Also, I only found M Design because Luminore rejected my project and referred me to M Design. I'm so glad that they did because I believe I got better customer service. Will understood the urgency of my project and accommodated my scheduling challenges. They also came on site to do some of the work, which was something Luminore would not have done for my specific project. They do some amazing specialty work of all kinds. I highly recommend them.
