The property is always well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. What really made the difference, though, was the management and maintenance team. When we first started looking in the area we saw the Locklyn but the reviews were sketchy. But after clarifying how close this apartment complex is to my job we decided to apply. Our leasing consultant could not have been more resourceful ( Everlyn) she walked us through the steps, gave us a FaceTime tour and absolutely fell in love with the amenities. We applied got approved and the rest is history. When we got to WPB Everlyn had everything set up for us. She assured that we had another tour, made sure our keys worked, documents were in place etc. She was patient and consistent. Also, Romaine the office manager is very helpful. We did not go wrong. We've been at the complex for a month it's gorgeous and clean...It absolutely feels like home.

She was so efficient, polite, patient, and extremely professional. Stephanie was aware of the fact that we are senior citizens and required a certain type of space. We have had some issues, but they were not severe. The most recent situation had occurred in January, and Stephanie, along with her regional manager, Michael, stepped in to rectify my issues and concerns, even with the push back Stephanie was given Stephanie muddled through it to make sure I was whole again. That is the type of manager we need and appreciate .....I do not doubt that the next few years will get better as long as Stephanie is at the Alexander, because when she leaves, we are leaving I don't think we will find another like her

There're very LOUD AC units above my apartment, on the 6th floor. When I moved in no one lived in the building, so the units were not turned on. Now that people live in the building, I have to listen to these disruptive motors/vibrations all day and all night. I brought it to the attention of the building manager and #RamRealtyServices . After weeks of going in circles, they did nothing. Other than have their lawyer send me a letter stating that I could break my lease. They are unable to fix the problem so that was their solution. As if this wasn't bad enough, there's an infestation of ants living in the building. I have severe allergies and was bit by red ants. I brought this to their attention and it wasn't considered an emergency. They waited to have someone come out and spray.

If you plan on renting the place, read the fine line. Charges for community utilities to $20 valet trash and extra charges found on your bill every month. The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

Here's what has changed: - Management has stepped up social programs like outdoor yoga and other activities. - Once or twice a month we have food trucks in our parking lot, always a nice alternative to cooking! - Occasionally we have resident appreciation parties - Holiday parties and free present wrappjng station, a really nice touch. - I now have my own enclosed garage, yes it costs extra but not always available at other apartment complexes. On the downside, in the middle of the week, a two day fire alarm test took place, I had to find somewhere else to work. I wasn't happy. They said it was a city fire Marshall thing but while we were warned in advance, it was not fun. Maintenance is all over this place, everything is clean and beautiful. It's almost not worth buying a property when you consider how much taxes, HOA and insurance costs; right on the water. It's still a wonderful place to live and I give Aura my second five star rating!

Aura Seaside is the absolute most beautiful community I've ever been able to live. The others couldn't even compete with Aura. Aside from the amazing amenities and beautiful interiors, the community comes together like no other. The neighbors are not only neighbors but we feel as if we are one big group of friends. The staff in the front office, Maintence and cleaning crew are so professional and wonderful to work with. When I place a Maintence request, it gets done in less than 3 hours. I've never heard of such a thing. Check out the pool, the gym and the grilling area and you will never want to live anywhere else. -Danielle
