On top of that, weeks after moving in, I got locked out late Friday night and Scott (off the clock) who lives quite a ways away offered to drive, get a spare key and come and let me in. Our leasing consultant could not have been more resourceful ( Everlyn) she walked us through the steps, gave us a FaceTime tour and absolutely fell in love with the amenities. We applied got approved and the rest is history. When we got to WPB Everlyn had everything set up for us. She assured that we had another tour, made sure our keys worked, documents were in place etc. She was patient and consistent. Also, Romaine the office manager is very helpful. We did not go wrong. If you plan on renting the place, read the fine line. Charges for community utilities to $20 valet trash and extra charges found on your bill every month. The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

That gate is really secure not like manatee bay @50 cars coming through broken 24/7. Pool is so clean. Jacuzzi clean and reason I'm leaving manatee bay is because dirty jacuzzi dirty pools mold fiberglass incident x 2 lawsuits. They just don't know when I'm pulling the trigger we are waiting to see how far they go to try to break in 100 times when I'm hospitalized. I tell you all I made biggest mistake as manatee has beach entrance for paddle boards kayaks but what a dump inside. Nice ceramic flooring new carpets. Old appliances looking from 5 and dime. Most of units still have carpet and to think I messed up went here to be closer to Delray east. I swam in their pool 5 min. Used jacuzzi salt water and my mold poisoning went away. Covid isn't caught in salt chlorine if you only knew how covid is caught but you have to know medical industry but not really. HIV caught via gums faster. The eyes are 2nd. Covid is caught touching surfaces not coughing in your face don't let the media fool you with stupid mask please. Sars. Mold. Flus colds covid the least suspected way to catch is you go to a grocery store putting your nasty hands on boxes fruits putting it down and whoops now you touch it. Wipe your eye and there you go. I have not caught Covid ever and been in pools yoga people no mask. A surgical mask lol please even the original n95 masks I have the real deal old school mold gets through why hits your skin. Here's what has changed: - Management has stepped up social programs like outdoor yoga and other activities. - Once or twice a month we have food trucks in our parking lot, always a nice alternative to cooking! - Occasionally we have resident appreciation parties - Holiday parties and free present wrappjng station, a really nice touch. - I now have my own enclosed garage, yes it costs extra but not always available at other apartment complexes. On the downside, in the middle of the week, a two day fire alarm test took place, I had to find somewhere else to work. I wasn't happy. They said it was a city fire Marshall thing but while we were warned in advance, it was not fun. Maintenance is all over this place, everything is clean and beautiful. It's almost not worth buying a property when you consider how much taxes, HOA and insurance costs; right on the water. It's still a wonderful place to live and I give Aura my second five star rating!
