Here are the reasons for 1 star, the security staff at the front door lost 2 of our Amazon packages when I have proof that they signed for them but we did not receive them when speaking to leasing office their attitudes towards residents is terrible very witchy they say they have have no idea where there at . I have proof from Amazon they were delivered to security. Another issue is the elevator to the parking garage has been broken for 6 weeks. We cannot access the garage from our floor we have to get off 2 floors away go up 2 flights of stars A pain hauling groceries and garbage. Leasing office has no idea when it will be fixed. Numerous other things broken the spa, dishwasher to many to mention . For what they charge for this place. It is not worth the money. Old building and it shows.

I do think management must have changed since the time of previous reviews. As Tatyana is super nice to me and has been helpful in every way. I do understand since she's handling the office alone it must get a ginormous task for her, So I try to always meet her in person and keep my conversations as realistic as possible. And she gives me the best solutions she can. Besides that, the place is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. And decent people dwell here. So over all I can rate 5 Stars so far. Great Community. My family and I have owned here for over a year. The community is very well…read moremaintained. Clean, bright and secure. They keep the community up very well. All the buildings have just been painted and much of the landscaping is redone. There is a walking path and gym my wife uses daily. Pool is routinely maintained. I see the service here frequently. The security at the gate makes sure that only those who should be in the community are. The neighborhood has plenty of street parking for day guests. I routinely interact with the office on a friendly basis and they have always been accommodating with my requests. Many people complain about the HOA fee but I have done the math and if you add up everything included is is pretty close to the prices for theses services individually. I would recommend living or buying here.

Our experience at this apartment community was disappointing from start to finish…read more The most noticeable issue was that neither the main lobby nor the apartment hallways are air-conditioned, making common areas consistently uncomfortable, especially during warmer months. The parking garage has significant maintenance problems. On the level below the apartment pool, chemicals appear to be leaking through the walls and ceiling, creating stalagmite-like crystal formations. The leaks have the potential to damage vehicles parked beneath them (see photos). Inside our unit, we dealt with repeated maintenance issues. Our closet walls sustained water damage due to a leaking shower, and our dishwasher remained broken despite multiple maintenance requests before it was finally repaired. Management was also inconsistent in enforcing policies. The rules regarding elevator use on moving day changed depending on who you spoke with, making an already stressful process even more frustrating. Another recurring issue was the frequent odor of marijuana throughout the hallways. Whether due to poor ventilation or inadequate air filtration, the smell regularly traveled into common areas and diminished the overall living experience. The move-out process was perhaps the most frustrating part. During our final walkthrough, management indicated that our apartment was in good condition and told us we should expect our security deposit to be refunded. However, we later received a certified letter stating that our deposit would not be returned. No explanation or itemized rationale was provided, leaving us feeling misled and disappointed. If you're a science enthusiast who enjoys observing crystal formations growing from garage ceilings, don't mind uncomfortable common areas, and accept that your security deposit may effectively be non-refundable regardless of what you're told during move-out, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It's a really nice building with comfortable and professional office spaces, several conference rooms of varied sizes available, a very user-friendly kitchen/cafeteria dining area, etc. The owners and management and their support staff have been very friendly and concerned about our needs. Maintenance and IT have been great to deal with as well. Our number of on-site employees is about to grow and we need more/bigger spaces, but instead of looking elsewhere, we decided to stay at BOC and will be moving down the hall. Highly recommend.

I felt compelled to write a review (my first ever) to support this wonderful company to give a real world view on how great they actually are. (Please do not believe that bitter review below! They are definitely NOT scammers!). My parents and I had booked a suite at a Marriott down near the Ft. Lauderdale airport which had great reviews and umpteen gold stars from various reputable companies. Well, let's just say that as soon as we arrived, we decided we were leaving. Dirty rooms, unpleasant long-term guests, cramped, cheap beds. The list goes on. So unpleasant and not what was described in the least. I thought all hope was lost when we came upon the PoshPadz.com site. I sent off an email not expecting anything back, since it was 8pm and we wanted something for the next day during peak season. One hour later, I got a note back with three options to choose from! All of them looked stunning, exactly what we'd hoped for. So I sent off an email and hoped for the best and got a confirmation to visit the property the next morning. We were a little skeptical at first since when something seems to good to be true, it usually is. We dragged our tired, cynical butts up to West Palm beach Gardens, to the Posh Padz office, where we were greeted by Gary, the owner of the company. The office itself was full of designer furnishings, beautiful pieces that looked hand picked by an expert. We learned from Gary that his wife is an interior designer, and she carefully selects pieces to fit each unique property. We were getting very excited to see our new place. Gary then suggested we simply take a quick trip to view the apartment and after a short drive, we arrived there. It was love at first sight. The pictures didn't really do the place justice, but they were very accurate. It was clean, airy, enormous and exactly what we wanted. Two balconies, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a kitchen with every possible thing you could wish for. The flow of the apartment was amazing. We couldn't believe our luck! Gary and I left my parents there to settle in, while we went back to his office and finalized the paperwork. Afterward, he drove me around the area and showed me all the highlights around the property, made restaurant recommendations, tips on the shopping area and gave some history. This is a level of courtesy saved for the poshest of hotel concierges. Upon returning to the apartment, I've never seen my parents look more relieved and content. If it wasn't for Gary taking us on last minute, we'd have had a terrible vacation. The view of the lake from the apartment was beautiful (especially at night). Only a 10 minute drive to the beach. The pool was amazing, as were the fitness facilities. Gary was personally on hand to answer any questions during our stay. We didn't want to leave. We can't recommend Gary and PoshPadz enough. They are honest and worth your money. You should book them if you're ever in the Florida area, or any of the other areas listed. You will not be disappointed!
