Very obviously the management instills a firm and yet a fair guiding hand on the attitudes that they expect from their staff, yet the atmostphere is more like a cross between a good party and coffee n cakes at a mates! Washing is fabulous, why on earth pay for a head massage when you could get your hair cut here and get it thrown in for free? The cut is never started without everyone being Very Certain about the outcome required. And the easy going staff are able to instantly recognise whether their customers want to chat or would actually prefer a bit of peace and quiet. ( & that is rare these days) The finish is great, but it is blowdrying that doesn't manufacture or cover up...just enhances. The prices are fair...you gets what you pay for and yet it's all available under one roof. If you only have enough for a dry cut, that can be accomodated. But if this week you need to look your absolute most professional self for a few days, then you can get a cut equal to the very best that a city slaon can offer...and you will pay more for it, but again, all under the one roof. All in all, an experience not to be missed. But be warned, if you go once you'll go again. It's more like returning to a good friends home: always a welcome.

I was charged £254.50 for a full head of highlights and a toner at the sink. I did not have a hair cut. The toner was pink, which is why they charged me for a colour correction. The fact thats its pink is irrelevant, since you would have a purple toner if your going blonde. I was charged £100 for a colour correction I did not have and I wasn't even happy with the results, which were patchy and uneven. They would not refund me the £100 extra I was charged for services I did not receive. They did not offer to correct my hair, despite going back one day later and telling them I was not happy with the results. In fact they booked me in for another full head of highlights at a cost of £141.50. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months. My appointment was back in June! They continue to insist I was a happy customer, while I continue to insist I was not. I am still not. The define a colour correction as "going from one colour to another in one appointment" and charged me an extra £100 for this. I would not recommend going to this salon.

To the rest customers she charges inflated prices, which they are Not the prices that she states on her price list. At the same time while she blows dries customers hair, she leaves the customer's blow dry half way through UNDONE, in order to blow dry another's woman hair who it happened to be from the same country as her. The salon owner; Simin was insisted to use hair straighteners while my hair was still wet. As a result she burnt my hair and she caused them to be frizzy and in an awful condition. She always run out of products to apply on hair. And she Never provides a receipt. She insists for cash on hand, that she charges different prices each time. Avoid this hair salon if you do not want your hair to end up with a bad hair cut and with burnt hair.

The shop is bright and spotless clean and all the hair stylists are very pleasant and helpful, giving you drinks while you wait. I have since been back with my 2 girls to have a cut and blow and they were so happy with the stlye and the cut all their friends want to book as well, I think I should get commision for recommending them to everyone ha ha
