I attempted to redeem it here & was rejected because it wasn't 'validated' ie. the "valid until:" bit had not been completed. This caused embarrassment to me and to the staff member who'd run it past the manager. To make matters worse the coffee which I'd then paid for was terrible - very bitter. There were 250 people at the convention, all of whom received a voucher. If all were rejected that's a whole lot of bad karma! I'll finish by saying that the bakery goods were very nice.
