The kids menu was nicely varied; my oldest son ordered the spaghetti, my daughter and youngest son decided on chicken nuggets and chips. All plates were cleared. The staff brought out colored pencils and activity sheets for the kids, which kept them occupied as we waited for our food. I run a small business and let me say this....when someone brings in a voucher you honour it! Even if it's expired etc! Because it's good business. I attended a convention in Hobart & as part of a 'goodies ' bag I received a '2 for 1' coffee deal. I attempted to redeem it here & was rejected because it wasn't 'validated' ie. the "valid until:" bit had not been completed. This caused embarrassment to me and to the staff member who'd run it past the manager. To make matters worse the coffee which I'd then paid for was terrible - very bitter. There were 250 people at the convention, all of whom received a voucher. If all were rejected that's a whole lot of bad karma! I'll finish by saying that the bakery goods were very nice.
