This menu is out of this world. Really unique and varied assortment of seafood, pasta, etc. at a gourmet level without the price being over the top. I really was not expecting the sophistication of the food while still carrying a very low-key vibe. This is one of my best Tassie finds so far. read more

We had the scallops and the Trumpeter (local fish). The scallops were beautiful, served on their shells, but cooked more than needed and covered in a gloppy sauce. The fish was good but a bit salty. Both were expensive. I thought another reviewer must have had it wrong, but they didn't: the hamburger here is $24 and the fish and chips (made with local fish) are $35! Risby Cove is a 4 minute walk around the harbor and much better, with a much better view, and more reasonably priced. read more

Basic limited menu, great home style food, very tasty! Quite busy, we were lucky to get a table. No fried food - real veges, a godsend for parents of junk food addicts, but sadly no seafood - In Tassie!! read more
