I came to this U-Haul location to have a trailer hitch package installed on my vehicle. The same…read moreperson who handled the installation also kept me updated on tracking the parts and informed me about a delay in the shipment. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful--truly couldn't have asked for anyone better. I was told the installation could take up to 3 hours since wiring was involved. Instead of going home, I stayed in the area and visited a few nearby businesses. I even stopped at Athena's for lunch (that will be a separate review). By the time I returned to U-Haul, about 15 minutes later my vehicle was ready. The installer started around 12:00 noon and finished by 1:45 p.m.--well under the estimated time. Everything looks great, and I'm very satisfied with the service.
