The same…read moreperson who handled the installation also kept me updated on tracking the parts and informed me about a delay in the shipment. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful--truly couldn't have asked for anyone better. I was told the installation could take up to 3 hours since wiring was involved. Instead of going home, I stayed in the area and visited a few nearby businesses. I even stopped at Athena's for lunch (that will be a separate review). By the time I returned to U-Haul, about 15 minutes later my vehicle was ready. The installer started around 12:00 noon and finished by 1:45 p.m.--well under the estimated time. Everything looks great, and I'm very satisfied with the service.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I paid over $384 on 07/07/26 to rent…read morea storage space through 09/01/26. Due to delayed closing dates on the house I was buying, I had the cross country moving company deliver my stuff to the storage unit and then a local company moved my stuff out of said storage unit and into my new house on 07/14/26. Today is 08/04/26 and I have been receiving multiple phone calls and now emails over the last several weeks from this company asking me to come remove the lock from that storage space so that they can rent it out to somebody else. I ignored these harassing calls/ emails because I knew that I had paid all that money and the contract was good through 09/01/26. As I was going through all my boxes I was planning on storing some of the stuff in that unit until I could sell it. I have a lot going on after moving all the way cross country so recently as you can imagine! Today I get an email explaining this company has cut the lock off of my storage unit without my permission! When I spoke to the manager Jason today he replied "well you didn't call us back or respond to our emails". He explained they needed to rent the start place out to somebody else. I'm so confused! This seems like a shady business practice to me. I feel harassed and taken advantage of definitely!
