We had a tent for our catered meal, dancing in the barn and our ceremony was in the field. Stacy was helpful and reassuring the whole time. She gave us names of local venders, caterers (we used Lori Gross Kinkade who went above and beyond!). She used all the pictures and flowers I told her I loved in such beautiful, creative and organic arrangements. I joked afterwards with my husband that of course a midwife turned farmer would be able to handle me being a high maintenance bride, she's handled higher pressure situations before! Full disclosure, I attended with my husband, who runs a wedding/function band. He wanted to attend to make a connection for an upcoming wedding he is booked for on the property, I came with him because I was really curious. I hear so many things about wedding venues, but rarely get to tour one myself. Walking from the parking lot, the grounds are green and very well tended. There is a lovely space to the side for ceremonies with a rustic white birch wedding arch. The barn itself is open to fresh air, has a main section perfect for dancing and celebrating, as well as an upstairs for guests who want to stay connected to the fun looking to take a break. On one end of the barn, there is a big deck with stairs leading out to the lawn/wedding tent where tables are set up for dinner. On another side of the barn, there was a bar set up, as well as a brick oven pizza station. All along the property are lovely strings of lights. I was so struck by the beauty of this space. Those lucky enough to have the resources to book Caswell Farm for their wedding reception are in for something very special!

The venue is a splurge but it was totally worth it for us. We did the whole weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) and made the most of it with a welcome dinner Friday, Saturday wedding, and Sunday brunch. The venue is really beautiful with tons of greenery and flowers, it cuts down on the money and effort you need to put into decor. We got so many compliments on the venue from our guests. We primarily worked with the owner Deb and as it got close to the wedding, also with her new hire Abby. Deb knows weddings and she knows her venue inside and out so she is very chill to work with and makes sure to account for all the details. Communication was very fast and clear. Underrated but one thing I appreciate a ton is all our communications were in a single email chain so it was really easy to find. Abby coordinated with us day-of to cue us to walk down the aisle and otherwise they were seamlessly in the background. The vendor list we got was a little out of date with some being out of business or not having websites, but we picked a few vendors off the list so it was helpful. Having onsite lodging was great. The master bedroom was very comfrotable and it was nice to have our own bathroom. Most of the rest of our guests got Airbnbs (we blocked hotel rooms and offered a shuttle to Conway but no one took us up on it). Overall I would highly recommend Locke Farms Farm as a wedding venue!
