I got a diffrent excuse from corporate down to store level as to the problem. I ended up ordering from Lowes so I could start my project. Was very unhappy with how they handled the problem and how long it took to get my refund. They said they would call me back but I had to call them to see what was being done. Very unprofessional! He was on time as promised and resolved my dryer problem within 15 minutes. Excellent troubleshooter, this guy really know his stuff. He also surprised me with his warranty. The usual warranty are about 30 days but A1 warranty their work and part for 365 days. That's what Josh wrote on the receipt. It is also FULL warranty not limited. I am now sold on their business. So (hopefully not) if I do need their services, they are the only one on my list.

After dealing with the insurance company for nearly 2 weeks I was just about running out of clean clothes. I contacted ARR on a Wednesday and was given an appointment the following Tuesday. I mentioned my clothing situation and asked that if something opened up I'd appreciate it. ARR said they could work me in the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough diagnosis of my washer. He explained the problem thoroughly. Instead of selling me some expensive fix (as I would not have known the difference) Matt told me that it likely wasn't worth fixing due to it's age but that fixing it would be expensive. He told me of an option that might work (a drip pan under the washer) that would save a lot of money. He didn't have to do that. Matt, and his assistant who's name I did not catch/remember, were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. If I have any further problems with my appliances, Appliance Rescue Repair will be the first company I will call.

I've shopped at Johnson's fabrics for at least 30 years. They are my go to whenever I need…read moreupholstery supplies or leathers. I do find their fabric selections to be much smaller in scale at their new location even though it is extremely larger. I don't understand that. They don't have upholstery silks or faux silks and crepes which is a disappointment. I do miss the volume of selections they had at the old location. None the less, the staff is just as helpful and pleasant as they've always been. As far as prices, they are competitive with other locations. Still my go to fabric store.
