Wow! Ryan Stein surpassed my expectations on every level. I had a "Challenging" rental property to sell; my property's canyon slope had collapsed, which led to being cited by the City, thus facing significant impending fines if repairs were not completed. The repair costs were significant. To add to the problem, I live out of state so I could not personally oversee the extensive canyon restoration project or the property sale. Despite these unusual circumstances, Ryan found the right buyer! (Someone with the skills and expertise, to handle the Canyon Slope restoration work). When we decided to sell, we felt it was extremely important to get our house sold as quickly as possible. After a bit of research, I realized Ryan Stein was selling a lot of homes in our Clairemont neighborhood. When we met, both Ryan and I quickly realized we were on the same page as far as estimated market value for our house. He was extremely professional and well prepared. Ryan Stein was the right realtor at the right time. He helped my siblings and I sell our mother's condo after she passed away recently.
