This was my very first time at a WeWork and definitely not the last!…read more The space at Aventine is gorgeous and the Community Team was so very helpful in getting me all set up and situated. They're extremely attentive, detailed, and are ready to help with any inquiries you have for them! I haven't yet explored every floor and amenity they have to offer, but the spaces I did venture into were absolutely beautiful. So many seating options from traditional desks and tables to stools, couches, lounge chairs, and more! My favorite thing has to be the huge windows throughout the space. The views are amazing and I loved watching the sunset. Parking can be a smidge tricky. There is paid parking in the garage beneath the building. Otherwise, there are a few street parking options available across the street if you're lucky enough to snag a spot. Can't wait to be back very soon! A super nice switch up to my usual days working from home.

Otherwise, the space is impeccably clean and staff is very friendly. Just dont reserve the "rooms" without inspecting them first! The one I reserved for an hour and a half was too dark and dismal, despite having a window. I ended up just using the bright common-space area for my meeting and could have saved 5.5 credits. You cant cancel the reservation on the same day. Next time I know better.

Terminating service will make you jump through more flaming hoops than the Ringling Bros…read more I followed their policy, notified them with the required 30 day email notice of termination email, I even emailed them after the date of termination to remind them not to charge my account and they still charged me even after the date of termination. I wouldn't have left a review but upon emailing and calling to have that charge sorted out, I was not able to reach a manager nor did I have a manager reach back out to me. I had to call my banks fraud department and file a claim. To further back my 1 star review, they gathered my information incorrectly when I gave them my ID to set up the account, they invoiced me for a month that I had paid last year, they didn't follow through with documenting the calls and visit regarding termination of my account. Last but not least they put Ms. instead of Mr. in addressing me after I asked to correct my information... Look I get that maybe by mistake... but I'm from the 90's and honestly it feels like I've been trolled this whole time. Regarding the security deposit process they will send a check to the provided mailing address on hand, within "approximately" 21 days of the account closure. Sucks because I don't live there anymore but I also don't trust IO with any information at this point. All in all, from my experience with Intelligent Office IO Looks great on the surface, but the services are over priced in my opinion. $102 a month for a small mailbox just big enough to fit legal sized documents. Combined that with mistakes made by the staff. I would say that the staff and operating procedures they use regarding data entry and billing are inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn't say these falls under the legal definition of predatory business practice, but somewhere along the line they definitely violate the part of California 2025 Automatic renewal law that requires businesses to make cancellations just as easy as signing up. That means if you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online, too. If you signed up in person, you should be able to cancel in person too and companies must process your request promptly. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313 I don't have time to get into researching the exact violations but I'm sure that in my experience there was a violation of the California Automatic Renewal Law / California SB 313 or unlawful negative option billing. These prohibited practices involve lack of affirmative consent and difficult cancellation methods for subscriptions as mentioned above in my review. Like I said I wouldn't have even left a review if they just called or emailed me back... 1 out of 5 stars, mainly for unprofessionalism and mistakes made by staff that shouldn't have been made, and for charging me after my termination date which I kind of expected considering the experience leading up to... I just expected a call back or solution, and that's not an unreasonable expectation from a business at all.

We signed a one month contract with Intelligent Office, and have really enjoyed our time here…read more The staff and management are very friendly and always open to meet the client needs. The space is great, and there are different types of offices depending on what you are looking for. What I liked about it is the flexibility. You can rent an office for a short period of time, and the contract is executed very fast. It's probably the best option on the market right now if you are looking for a short term office. There are some longer term tenants too, as it's a nice place to go to work every morning. We had an excellent experience, highly recommended!

They collected my mail but have horrid accounting services. First they created two accounts for me…read moreand tried to bill me for both. Then they kept adding on mail service fees randomly for all kinds of amounts every month even though I told them in writing multiple times I never wanted this. They kept saying they would credit my account back but never did so. I only was reimbursed after opening up multiple disputes with my credit card companies. Total waste of time and money.
