Small cars would be ok, but a full size F250 pickup is scary. At least at Safeway I can find parking in the outskirts away from the building. Staff was nice, but S L O W ... the other person waiting for a bank representative and I sitting on the couch starting joking about how we should have brought a TV into the lobby so we could at least watch Jerry Springer; if we could use their WIFI. Needless to say... I found another bank in Falcon that didn't leave me with a terrible first impression. I hope to never go back to EMT Falcon. If I do... It seems the common trend with banking is to have larger banks gobble up the community banks and we're seeing more and more of these local places go away. This is pretty unfortunate. I think people think that if they don't go with ConglomoWorld Bank, or whoever, they aren't getting the features they need. That's a shame. This bank has pretty much everything I need and not only that, they recognize me on the phone and recognize me when I walk in. Every time I see someone with a Wells Fargo debit card (or some other huge bank like that), I can't help but want to ask if they took the blue pill so they could stay in the Matrix.

While borrowing or leveraging our money. About 7-8 mistakes causing numerous trips back while setting up my account, followed by attitude from the branch supervisor. Then they gave my information to TMC Bank for a credit card without my permission, while claiming to be a high data privacy and security bank. TMC Bank does not encrypt your online application personal data (DOB, SSN, etc). This is 2025 yet very weak security practices. Never did get a call back from TMC about deleting my data they got. There's a weird vibe at this bank regardless of branch. Grass not greener. Moving back to old bank.
