The moment my account was created I was offered all of the services that I've been seeking with security service for multiple years. Today specifically the whole world needs to know that this location and the staff members there went well above and beyond to help me out of a hole that another banking institution has dug me into. The level of gratitude cannot be described by any known language. I am so elated and relieved that these people existed in my life today and they will continue to exist in my life because good human beings need to stay with good human beings. Everybody else needs to learn how to follow suit as to what happened today. Every human being on this planet needs to pull their heads out of their buttholes and stop worshiping the American dollar instead of the god and goodness they used to abide by. Every world religion spirituality and decent upbringing says to treat people the way that end treated me today. With dignity, respect, humility, and charity when able to do so. They saved my life today. Literally. Further more, they recognized how messed up USAA is handling the situation and made it a point to make sure that my dog is fed and watered. At first charging $17.46 for one month and I didn't notice. The next month on Dec 27 2024 started charging me $69.90. Ent won't return my money even though this is OBVIOUS FRAUD. Not only did www.jobleads.com withdrawing money from my bank but it also resulted in "INTERNATIONAL card fees because it's a German company. ENT doesn't send out paper statements so unless you notice the fraudulent charges by checking your bank statement daily, it's hard to STOP this fraudulent activity. So since ENT is so incredibly incompetent I'll have to start checking my accounts very frequently if not daily. Ent Credit Union, TERRIBLE and as bad as Wells Fargo who let a homeless man who broke into my home, stole my US Passport and bank statement then drained $14,400 from my Wells Fargo Bank. The bank even had photos of the man but I was out not only the money, but during the burglary he used a crowbar breaking into my vehicle, a $40k Tacoma 6 weeks old, stole a brand new MacBook two weeks old, PS4 brand new still in the box and my US passport which makes it a Federal Crime. Totally got away with it because the Colorado Springs Police department and District Attorney made HUGE mistakes in prosecuting the case. There were eye witnesses and fingerprints. One would think it's a DONE case packaged and presented with a Ribbon. While Ent hasn't screwed up to that amount of loss, ANY loss of my funds because I am a Disabled Veteran with limited income HURTS. Ent you are as incompetent as Wells Fargo. Thanks for nothing. My money would be safer tucked in my mattress rather than at ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) as in (Ear) Deaf to my concerts, (Nose) they stink and (Throat) they are chocking me financially. If you do business with Ent, take your money out and RUN to a reputable bank/credit union. In today's world, bank fraud is Out of Control.

I am absolutely unimpressed with this company. I brought in a new shirt with a very small tear in…read moreit to see if they could mend it. I was told they could and dropped it off on a Thursday, and told to pick it up after 1630 the next day. I came into the shop around 1715 the next day to retrieve my item. I spoke to a female with pink in her hair (the same person who took my order the day before), and when she looked up my item she told me they had to send it out to get the tear corrected. I was unimpressed with this. First, I never received a curtsy phone call asking if I wanted this sent out. I needed that item by Saturday, and now it wouldn't be back into the shop until that following Tuesday. Secondly, why didn't anyone call me to let me know it had been sent out instead of making me waste my time and gas driving there to pick up a shirt that wasn't even there? Thirdly, why wasn't I told about this procedure (sending items out) being a possibility when I dropped it off? The female at the front desk (pink in her hair) said she didn't know it had been sent out until she looked it up. I verified she worked with the person that sent it out, and she does, and couldn't understand why she couldn't have done basic customer service. I asked if I could get the shirt back and she stated it would get be available until Monday. WOW. So not only did I not get asked about it being sent out, but now I couldn't even retrieve my personal property even if I wanted it back. My choices are now either wait until Tuesday to get it back, hopefully corrected, or wait until Monday when she can actually give it to me and then I still have to go through the process of finding someone to fix it. To make matters even more frustrating, is the fact the shirt is not very expensive and the prices she quoted me, now that it is being sent out which I did not get a choice in doing, are more than 50% of what the shirt actually cost to buy new. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Unless you like having your time and money wasted.
