When we saw RK Tech we gave him a call, just talking with Richard on the phone we knew we had the right guy for the job. He knew everything about this German made bike we got and it worked super well now. Also I had bought an Electric Bike on Amazon and decided to let Richard assemble it because of his knowledge. While he was putting it together, he found that we had a part that was damaged from the factory. He called us right away. We were able to get a hold of Bryan at Troxus and they talked to Richard and sent the new part within a few days. When we picked up the bikes we were so impressed with Richard. He is so so reasonable with his pricing you will be amazed. We highly recommend RK Tech to anyone in need of buying or repairs needed with your Bike.

Since he did not have he recommended I go to another shop down the street And phoned the shop ahead of my arrival. I went for a rock in the impeller and it was repaired quick. Unfortunately two days later got another rock, went back and it was removed no charge. This time it was a lanyard wrapped around a rod. It was removed on the spot. Since I was there tried to give Brian some work for maintenance, he suggest I come back after summer season. Brian is very honest and never tries to up sell something you don't need. The owner asked if I had had a few minutes, within 15 minutes, I had a new zipper installed perfectly with a freshly sewn stop! I asked the gentlemen how much, and he said no charge! This is not only how you market your business in a small town with a local feel, but you win over new customers.
