Want to enjoy some really tasty and freshly made cheese? Then you have found your home here inside…read morethe SLO Market Ranch. I actually discovered this business while attending the Thursday night SLO Farmers Market and fell in love with their cheeses. I was happy to find out that I could also purchase their products here at this market. I had to get more of the Cabernet Cheddar and I also decided to try the Chipotle Cheddar. The Cabernet Cheddar is truly the bomb! So creamy and tasty. Their cheese is made primarily from goat or sheep milk as they do not use very much cow's milk in their recipes. Service is always friendly and helpful. I love walking into the aging cheese fridge where all the wheels of cheese sit. Smells yummy! In addition to their cheeses, they also offer a custom build your own charcuterie board in three sizes ready for you to take with you. There are meats, cheese, fruits, and crackers right there to add to your board. Also, they offer fudge and other chocolate delights. Truly a great place to stop and stock up on your items for a day at the beach, a picnic or a hike.

Vintage Cheese also has a Create Your Own Mini Charcuterie station. I chose to personally handpicked my own cheeses instead of what was offered in the DIY station. My favorites were the Smoked Gouda and Garlic Cheddar. The young gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great addition to SLO Market since they have a lot of outdoor seating to enjoy delicious cheese, crackers, spread, and sunshine!

I think her name is Lena. - The red rooibos tea was delicious! I particularly loved the dairy free, nut free Matcha soft serve. I hope that this is added to the menu for individual purchase in the near future. - The tower had a great presentation factor. My favorite sandwich was the ham and brie with honey. My only feedback is the cost of my club soda was eight dollars which I would've liked to have known at the time of purchase. In addition, investing in environmentally friendly to go containers such as paper would be wonderful.

Dessert Climate Tea…read morehouse and dessert shop born from the kitchen of Brazilian-born, Italian-raised pastry chef and chocolatier Florencia Breda, whose claim to fame was being a finalist on the recent Food Network competition show "Ultimate Baking Championship." This is how we came to know about her and her shop, as we made a special pit stop to visit Breda in downtown SLO on the way home from a SoCal trip. The Good: * More than just desserts, as they also offer afternoon tea services, as well as a curated selection of savory foods like pizza, salads, and sandwiches. * Afternoon tea reservations are available via OpenTable. * We just came in to grab some of her beautiful monoportions which were featured on the show, and they did not disappoint. They were absolutely stunning and looked surreal. * I didn't try the mango one, but my son said it was delicious, so I'll take his word for it. * The raspberry monoportion was as delicious as it was fantastic. I am sad it fell apart on the four-hour trip home to SJ from SLO before I could fully capture its beauty. The Meh: * Street parking only. * Service was OK but nothing noteworthy. * The peanut monoportion was just OK. The peanut flavor was a bit muted for our liking. The Ugly: * Prices are available online, but nothing was marked in the store, which is one of my pet peeves. Conclusion: Probably 3.5 stars, but rounded up because we were really only in and out and didn't try enough.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but stepping inside will transport you into a peaceful, tranquil place. Very minimalistic, yet has everything you need. Customer service was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the teas. I ended up purchasing 4 varieties. The daily detox, stomach soother, mango Ceylon and Peach. The detox & stomach soother are mild and comforting teas. I've been drinking them daily and they help with digestion after meals.,I also purchased a beautiful ceramic tea cup with an infuser. I'm already using everything I bought and love it! Good thing they sell the teas online too. Overall, a cute tea spot to check out if you're in the area.
