I went to recieve the services provided on the gift card and upgraded the massage to 1 hr for which I was under the impression would cost me an extra 20 dollars. After my services were complete I was told I owed them 70 dollars! Imagine my surprise when they told me the price of the package had increased and that I (yes me, the customer!) was responsible for paying the difference. I beleive they should have honored the services that were included on the card WHEN it was purchased. This truly is a customer service default. My children were so upset as they have been here in the past and enjoyed it very much however this latest experience has changed all of our views on it.My youngest daughter is getting married next year and was going to use this spa for her services but now she will go elsewhere. If your looking to be a satisfied customer, dont go here! I had planned a relaxing day and instead I left upset.

Quality of food and service is most always on point. The views and spa experience are unmatched from any other 'Mill' sister restaurants. For example - On one of our dinners here, the waiter brought a complimentary Elora Mill teddy bear to give my baby niece since it was her first visit AND an Elora mill chocolate bar since we were such a big fan of their hot chocolate. I also really appreciate how much they value their local clientele and fellow hospitality industry workers - they regularly have promotions on their website with deals/discounts during certain times of the year. Furthermore, I love all the special events and discounts they have for their spa experiences & stays. I think that keeps the regulars excited to keep coming back. Amazing work Elora Mill!

At least 2 or 3 staff members wished me a happy birthday ( not just the main waiter). Small things like that help reinforce the importance of hospitality in service settings. We were seated at the lower solarium right at the edge of the gorge with amazing views of the gorge and cascading water. We had brunch and the food was just as amazing as the view. All in all a wonderful place.

When I first walked into the spa I felt a calm go over my body which I could not explain but was later told by Valentina, who owns the Spa, she uses the best of the best of essential oils which she was diffusing. It had a great calming effect on me which allowed me to relax as I waited for her to turn her attention to me as she was busy with another client. When she spoke to me letting me know what she intended to do, I was a little apprehensive because I had never had a massage with essential oils before. Well, I must admit the Raindrop Technique Massage she applied to me not only took my pain away but helped me straighten my back so I could stand the way I should, the pain in my back subsided and my legs felt ease of pain for a long time. Valentina is very gracious and delightful to be around as she knows how to treat a client and I am so glad I went there to have her work on me. I would recommend her and her Spa to anyone who has a problem afflicting them. She has pictures of different things she can help with and yes, I am a client of the Aromatic Wholistic Health Spa and will maintain a client relationship as long as I am around.
