Some things were unexpected - skateboards, brooms, cutting boards and blankets. One of the employees in particular, Augusta, talked to me about working there and how Berea College has/will continue to change her life completely. It was very uplifting.

Today we ventured out and tried the egg muffins. They're super tasty and loaded with onions, peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and ham. They come served with a side of salsa.
