My friend was really impressed and called her son to say this place is wonderful and safe and in a very safe area surrounded by new apartment buildings. I can now tell my friends she said. If any of you are hesitant about coming to any dispensaries, do NOT worry about coming here, as you can come here and feel completely SAFE . Nowhere is the word Dispensary on the building. There are so many cameras watching the outside and inside with security. 1. You as in all dispensaries: must give your ID to the person in the front and they type in your info and scan your photo and return it to you then UNLOCK the security door before you can enter the actual dispensary. 2. Once in the dispensary: you can go into the Pre -Order Pick Up Line or Just get in line and they will assist you with what ever you are looking for . The people working there are very knowledgeable and will help you if you go not knowing what you may need , like Sarah did with us. 3. So seniors or anyone suffering with either pain or not, dont hesitate, go and let them help you TODAY , you wont be sorry .. Prices are really reasonable and of course there are the CA weed taxes of 19% now . BRING CASH NO CC ACCEPTED . If you don't bring cash or have enough there is a ATM but it cost extra an addl . The first being the product quality and not having a great selection. Lastly, Chris B. agreed to leave products in my mailbox while I was away working then asked for a screenshot of me sending payment, which I did. When I came home, there was nothing but papers in my mailbox. I checked with my neighbors and roommates and no one had seen anything. Maybe someone robbed me??? I like to believe it was left in my mailbox, but the customer service during the issue was terrible which lost my trust. I sent multiple texts and photos of my mailbox to both Chris B. and Brandon with no response back and when he finally replied, Chris went back and forth about it being the correct mailbox. I called and asked if I could have any sort of money back. But it has been a month and I have not received any update and don't expect one. I can't help but feel like I've been swindled. Bottom line is, if you ask for a mailbox delivery, request a photo/video of your mailbox and the products left inside AND do not send payment until the purchase is secured.

Last night that's what happened to me. I get they're close to closing and want to get out of there after a long day at work, and I don't like being the customer coming in at the end of the day, but sometimes that's just what the situation is. I was working in LA and got off at 8:55PM and rushed straight there to make it. I pull into the parking lot at 9:50 and the gate to the front door is already rolled down and doors locked. It's a little irritating when they advertise they close at 10PM. Not to mention, I wasn't the only customer in the parking lot who made it there on time only to see they closed early. If they don't want to stay open till 10PM, then they should change the closing time to 9:50PM if those last 10 minutes of the day are just too much for them to handle.

I was in the area and thought I'd try this place. This was my first time visiting Tropicanna…read moredispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The only two people who were genuinely friendly and welcoming were the young woman who handled the registration process and the security guard. Beyond that, there was very little greeting, introduction, or effort to help me as a first-time customer who was clearly unfamiliar with the products. I explained exactly what I was looking for, yet I was only shown three options despite the amount of stock in the store. The products were basically placed on the counter with very little explanation. Trying to get information or ask questions felt like trying to pry open a clam. I should not have to pull information out of employees when I am standing there ready to make a purchase and asking for guidance. I eventually purchased a product, only to get home and discover that it needed to be charged. No one mentioned that possibility or warned me that I could leave the store with a product I could not immediately use. The product did not come with the charger I needed, so now I have to make another trip back to the store. I decided called going back maybe there was a magic button I wasn't seeing. But their first initial effort was to tell me I have seven days to return with the product so they can TEST IT and determine whether it QUALIFIES for a replacement. I was also told there would be no refund. This is extremely frustrating. If a product requires a charge and does not include the necessary charger, I believe the store should make sure the item is adequately charged before selling it or, at the very least, clearly inform the customer before the purchase. What concerned me even more was being told there can be an issue with a percentage of these products UP TO 25% or more. If there is a known possibility that a customer may purchase a faulty or nonfunctioning item, that information should be clearly explained upfront before making a purchase --especially when the store has a no-refund policy. Overall, I left feeling uninformed, poorly assisted, and dissatisfied with both the customer service and the way the product issue is being handled. Based on my first experience, I cannot recommend this store. First-time customers should feel welcomed, educated about the products, and confident in what they are purchasing. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Save your yourself the hassle, frustration, and having to go back just so they can test the product that you purchased to see if it's deemed to replaceable cause they sold you faulty one. I do not recommend this dispensary at all. The value on all levels is disappointing. There's plenty of other dispensaries in the area that will give you much better service and the staff will be better educated in the product and customer service.
