The treatment room was spotlessly clean, smelt good and the music was very relaxing I could have easily fallen asleep! Now that I have found a great masseuse she is a keeper and I trust her fully. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I went for a consultation for IPL hair…read moreremoval and was asked to fill out a form - which was practically thrown at me( without a smile)! Then halfway through filling it in it was snatched from over my shoulder by a lady with red hair saying "NO NO NO Don't do that anymore" and pointed to a side room. We went into the room together where I explained I would like to know some more about the IPL hair removal for my bikini line. She quickly rushed through everything told me to get changed and meet her outside. NO talk about price, No talk about what shape or exactly how much I like taken off, No talk general chit chat, NO manners. Just literally a test section and out. I felt like cattle. Such an awful experience. Going to a salon is meant to be relaxing and a treat, I felt worse after my visit then when I first arrived there.

I took a chance on this salon and happened to visit a beautician who normally works at the Bromley…read moresalon was working there. She was great and talked me through everything she was doing. She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

I really want to write a good review about this place but unfortunately this won't be one…read more I was really happy to see a place like sensensuals in Lewisham as it's so close to home, reasonable prices and just what I wanted! I had previously visited to get a wax treatment and was really happy with the service I received that I booked in for a massage a couple of weeks later.however the service was nowhere near as good. I booked in for an hour massage and it started 10 minutes late which I didn't mind as I wasn't in a rush , however I could feel that the masseur was in a rush and when I checked the time when I had finished changing afterwards I had only received 45 minutes! I think her next client was outside and she may have been keen to get started on time but this wasn't good enough as my treatment shouldn't be cut short. She spent hardly anytime on my back and if she had asked beforehand she would have known that this was my problem area (as it is for many people). I'm also studying massage at the moment and no checks were done beforehand to check for any contraindications. Although I knew I didn't have any I thought it was very unprofessional that they didn't check. I wouldn't return here for a massage and will be returning to other treatment rooms I used before. Although it will be further from home, I'll know that I receive a better service. I would probably only go back for waxing but that would be as a last resort.

After an unfortunate mistake at another hairdressers, Belli Fuori saved me!…read more I called the day of, a Friday, and was instantly invited in for a consultation and skin test, free of charge. I was then fit into the schedule for the next day, as it was required that it be fixed quickly, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The staff are friendly and lovely, they really know their stuff and are happy to help with anything. But onto the shop itself. Belli Fuori display art-work from local artists completely free of charge, and allow them to sell their pieces. They also bring clothes over from Italy, which are on sale around the store. In terms of products, they use ammonia-free where possible, and are very conscious of keeping your hair in good condition. Basically, I can't recommend them enough.

Rude manager, I left without having my hair done. Wanda cut my hair about a month ago and we had…read morethe opportunity then to discuss about my hair colour, how my hair was in bad condition and we couldn't bleach them again. Her suggestion was to do balayage. When I called to book again that's what I asked for, explaining on the phone that I don't want bleaching and want to bring my hair to a healthy state. I only suggested balayage because she told me about it. So I arrive for my appointment and she looks at me like I am an idiot and that we can't do balayage to which I agree and try to suggest something different. She still looks at me like I came from space...and allows her customer to get involved in the conversation. Wanda was telling me off like she was my teacher and I was 5 years old. However still no suggestions about what she can do. At the end after feeling that it's going nowhere I left and I am never going back. Other members of staff are very polite but I had the same experience with Wanda 2 years ago, decided to go back and remembered why I left. I am going to the hairdresser to give me solutions not to talk down at me and offer no solutions.
