Showed up an hour late for our session, in her pajamas. Didn't work with us on poses, just…read morebasically asked us what we wanted to do. Was supposed to have the pictures on Wednesday to print for Mothers Day, didn't get them until Saturday evening. Had to spend Sunday morning trying to get them printed and framed for gifts. Pictures were blurry and sent to us in low resolution. Couldn't print anything bigger than a 5x7 or they were too distorted. Honestly, we could've taken better pictures with our iPhone cameras.

I am absolutely appalled with Paige Morris! I found Paige…read more(who apparently owns the company) via FB. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for over 3 years and we were told it would never happen for us. So having a maternity photo session was very important when we found out we were expecting. Paige knew about our struggles and how excited we were from the very beginning (March). I sent her multiple sample pictures from Pinterest that I loved so she would have a clear idea of what I was looking for. She had every opportunity to reach out and say "I don't think I'm the right photographer for you." But she didn't. Instead she cancelled our first session 3 hours before the time claiming she had an emergency. I was understanding, as those happen. (Scheduled for July 14th) So we scheduled for the following week (July 21st). She showed up 45 minutes late to our session (it was suppose to start at 6:00pm)and didn't even contact me until she was already 15 minutes late. My husband had to work that evening, which she was well aware of before our session took place. So what should have been an hour to an hour and a half session with an outfit change was cut down to 45 min and no change in outfit. When we were parting ways she told me she would have a "sneak peek" ready within 24 hours, so Monday afternoon (7/22). I had to contact her on a Tuesday (7/23)asking when I would have these pictures. She finally got them to me late Wednesday(7/24). They looked like they were taken with an IPhone. They had NO editing done what so ever, and were completely out of focus. So I asked if she could please edit them better. She sent me two that looked decent after my request. She also stated that she would have all 20 of the pictures edited by the end of the week. HA! It took her another two weeks to make that happen, and only after I emailed her to ask when the pictures would be done (7/31) she said she'd have them done by noon the next day, it took until Aug 5th to receive the pictures. I had schedule the original session so I would have these maternity pictures in time for my baby showers, which didn't happen. I literally cried when I saw how awful they were. For her to even call herself a professional photographer is baffling. These pictures looked like a kid took them on a phone. I sent her an email in the nicest way I possibly could and requested a refund. She never responded. So I went on Facebook messenger to ask for a refund where I found out I was blocked! I have since reported a claim to PayPal in hopes to get a refund. She took payment on April 7th because she was running a "15% off" special. I did post on a local moms group on Facebook with the pictures asking for advice and if anyone knew of an actual photographer who could do a last minute maternity session, I was flabbergasted at the number of people that reached out to me letting me know Paige has scammed them or their friend. I would of had no idea that someone could take people's happiest moments and do something so evil. I would never recommend her.
