She was specific because I told her what to ask for because she doesn't always understand the mg of the packages. I am appalled and very angry. I usually buy/bring her the gummies or we go to sunnyside but u was unable to be with her since I live out of town. I trusted that a business would have more respect for a person especially an older person. I called the location and the phone was answered by a someone who didn't even identify the business, was yelling to someone else in the shop and kept talking over me. I asked for the manager and was told they'd call me back and I said no I want to speak with the manager and was then told the manager wasn't present and they'd call me back. While writing this email I received a call from the who I assumed was the shop and it was. It was the manager and I asked why when a customer comes in and asks for a specific milligram and type of gummy would they be sold a product that was so much more potent and powerful. I was told that the manager was the one who sold it and that she was out of sleep gummies and she told my mom how to cut it up so each "piece" would be 750mgs........how does that even come close to 10mg???? Given that the gummies are tulip shaped.......i did yell because im very angry that a person has a blatant disregard for someone. If I had a way to file a police report and report this location to a drug department I would so fast! The manager even dismissed my concern and said "well your mom is an adult and knows what these are for so whatever". I hung up and continued this complaint. I usually buy or instruct my mom to get Wyld, wonder or good news gummies 100mg total or 10mg a piece......this has never happened at any other shop or dispensary because they care about their customer. I have attached a photo of what my mom was given. I really hope that all of your locations aren't ran this way

Even not saying a word, and the smell of pot being straight smoked only feet away in the back , i felt him judging me and mine that i was shopping for. I wanted to get some dresses and what nots for my self while looking for glass supplies for two of my grown kids in the store but instead put stuff back or didn"t even pick the stuff up. He acted like a jugdemental dick over the glass supplies i asked about all i bought was one 11 dollar glass piece, some smells and butane. And to top it off when i at the registar, he acted like i couldn't afford what i was buying. Only like 20 or 30 bucks, what a a****. But their sales suck!! Not going back!
