She was specific because I told her what to ask for because she doesn't always understand the mg of the packages. I am appalled and very angry. I usually buy/bring her the gummies or we go to sunnyside but u was unable to be with her since I live out of town. I trusted that a business would have more respect for a person especially an older person. I called the location and the phone was answered by a someone who didn't even identify the business, was yelling to someone else in the shop and kept talking over me. I asked for the manager and was told they'd call me back and I said no I want to speak with the manager and was then told the manager wasn't present and they'd call me back. While writing this email I received a call from the who I assumed was the shop and it was. It was the manager and I asked why when a customer comes in and asks for a specific milligram and type of gummy would they be sold a product that was so much more potent and powerful. I was told that the manager was the one who sold it and that she was out of sleep gummies and she told my mom how to cut it up so each "piece" would be 750mgs........how does that even come close to 10mg???? Given that the gummies are tulip shaped.......i did yell because im very angry that a person has a blatant disregard for someone. If I had a way to file a police report and report this location to a drug department I would so fast! The manager even dismissed my concern and said "well your mom is an adult and knows what these are for so whatever". I hung up and continued this complaint. I usually buy or instruct my mom to get Wyld, wonder or good news gummies 100mg total or 10mg a piece......this has never happened at any other shop or dispensary because they care about their customer. I have attached a photo of what my mom was given. I really hope that all of your locations aren't ran this way

I wanted to get some dresses and what nots for my self while looking for glass supplies for two of my grown kids in the store but instead put stuff back or didn"t even pick the stuff up. He acted like a jugdemental dick over the glass supplies i asked about all i bought was one 11 dollar glass piece, some smells and butane. Today, August 6,2024, recreational and medical dispensaries were legally opened in the state of Ohio. A few more other states were made legal today also. I'm in Ohio this week and made sure to pop in and become a part of recreational usage deemed legal. When I got there, I stood outside the door until Security let myself and 2 older men inside. They asked for our ids, input our names in a system, and gave us a ticket. We waited for our names to be called from 2 women who wore carrying tablets, that I later found out that you order from the tablet (or have placed an online order) and then you can go through a fobbed door to access the area where you would pick up what you order, in "the other room". Ok, so "the other room" was weird. They call your name from this tablet, if there for recreational, you're escorted off to a side room. I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation! And they were asking, "what is your budget today ", "oh you have cash, that's even better, no 3% cc fee, we round up to the nearest dollar, and give you cash back". Say what now?!?! A lil creepy. They need to figure out a different system. I was uncomfortable, but about the business, that I came! I went, soared, conquered, became A PART of HISTORY, and my face is numb from that GAS FACE indica! WINNING!!
