The support staff is also truly friendly and helpful. Everyone, from secretary Lori, to the assistant (I didn't catch her name!), to Dr Anna and the assistant that helped us look at frames, were truly kind and patient. Highly recommend this office!

I went to Price because they were preferred with my VSP insurance plan. My Sig. Other has medicare…read moreinsurance and had his eye exam done there with us as well. At the end of the visit, he was told that he owed $168! We have never been charged for an eye exam since it's covered for one a year. That's when we found out that because he wears contacts, they charged him for an eye exam AND for a contact exam?!?! Never heard of such! We've gone to Pearle Vision and other Eye Specialists in Columbus and have NEVER been charged for two eye exams. We asked for the contact prescription, and got the same response as the lady above. They didn't really want to give it to us and wanted us to order the contacts through them. That said, they did find an issue with his eyes and the contacts that they finally found worked for him. Jury is still out on what we'll do next year. We'll go to this eye specialist and see what happens there.

She basically called my husband, a liar, that nobody else in that party Got any money back. I will never use this florist again and think twice before you do.
