I couldn't leave a review without leaving one star, but they don't even deserve that. I spent $40 on a vape and went out to my car. When I opened it, I realized it didn't work and walked right back in the store. I couldn't exchange it because I had walked out of the door. Only then I was told that I had to try it in the store before I left. In my many previous trips to this establishment, I never once was told that nor had I seen any of the "at least 6 signs posted" all over the store. Very poor way to run a business. I will never walk in there again. Buyer beware: If you do go in there, make sure you product test before you walk out to your car. I hope they were able to pull the faulty vape out of their garbage can where I left it and get a refund for it. read more

They had a small humidor for cigars with nice brands and fair prices, $10 for cigars that would be $12-13 in the cities. They had socks with marijuana on them. Otherwise vapes and tobacco. A friendly employee. Clean and well organized. read more

Well first day I walked in there looking for flume vapes. They didn't have any but had other brands for $30. And $40 each. I am from one of the most expensive states with highest cost of living, beautiful California in case you were wondering. In the CA Bay Area I can get 1 vape for $20 and 2 for $35. Their prices were ridiculous. Ok next day I go back and ask if they have THC vape pens. "No we only have these" he says then he takes me to vapes he showed me day before. Why would you show me tobacco vapes when I clearly asked for THC? Then I said "do you have any pre rolls?" "No," he said, "just these". He walks me somewhere else then stares at me and case without explaining anything. I have NEVER been in any vape store or smoke shop where the people weren't friendly, well educated about their products and able to offer advice on your buy...that is until this smoke shop. Sadly, this area of Minnesota has very few options for smoke shops. Thank God I'm just here on vacation and going back home to California. Anyone around here that vapes, good luck! read more

Very rude staff! I had a problem with one of the vapes i purchased from them and they refused to return or give me the number to the manager. Would not recommendation going to this smoke shop. read more
