I shrug off a lot of people's rude behavior but today he definitely was playing dum in front of his manager. I asked for a vape worth $25 and he mention brands when I say I don't need a specific brand just what's in my price range can you point me to them? And as I'm clarifying what I want he's smirking at me like yeah let me mess with her in front of my boss and play victim. Like the manager wasn't even trying to solve anything without freaking out on me yelling in my face and them both yelling for me to get out while still taking my money. The manager swears he heard everything exchanged but was putting words in my mouth to save face while the employee is still instigating behind him to kick me out and to shut up, don't come back here to this store. The manager wanted my money while they were both flat out disrespecting me and I've been coming to this store for over a year now and never had problems with other employees there just that one and NOW two. I wouldn't recommend this place it's really ghetto, the customer service is trash, they rarely have anything in stock and just a hole in a wall of a smoke shop

This is Definitely the place to get some stogies on the south side of Houston. Depending on the time of day it's an easy in and out stop. Selection is great and the staff is very helpful...if you're gonna stay and light up this is the spot to go to...with nice relaxing lounge chairs, very clean restroom with all the amenities one can hope for in the Head. Now back to the time of day, if you come by during normal business hours of the adjacent lease spaces you might have a little difficulty in getting a parking spot but after those hours it's a breeze. Ok so my first time and last time here, and the only reason I'm even giving them a 2 is because they had two hard to find cigars that I wanted, but that's it's only saving grace. The young guy at the counter literally followed us the whole time watching our every move. My wife and I are not thieves. Not everyone that comes in your establishment is a thief. I spend a good amount of money on cigars a month, hell even daily. I promise you, that money will not be spent here. Trust me when I tell you there are much better lounges out there. You should be nice to people. read more

Smoke Ring is THE place to go in Houston/Clear Lake. Great staff, unbelievable selection and a GREAT place to relax and smoke. I also frequent The Smoke Ring because it is such a "comfortable" place with a great group of people. Chris,Matt and/or Robin will guide you to the cigar that fits your taste and then sit back back and relax in the oversized leather chairs with great conversation.
