Like several other Vegas malls, the ceilings are painted for atmosphere and there are even two free shows - a rain show and the Lost City Show. They have the usual annoying cosmetic stores with the women literally chasing after you, proffering samples. It's like a Vegas plague. There are souvenir stores and ABC stores of course. But there are some unusual gems too. Dr. Fish is where you can go for the fish pedicure experience (get yourself a Groupon). There is a massage place. There are shows at the Theaters and a food court with some unique choices. The only downside is if you're planning to leave using a rideshare. If you are, there IS a designated Miracle Mile Shops rideshare area, but most drivers don't seem to acknowledge it, so they will inevitably go to Planet Hollywood and leave you standing outside in a garage area waiting. It's frustrating and it happens to us every time we go there. And every time, the drivers have insisted that the correct spot to pick up is Planet Hollywood. So plan ahead on that or maybe just give in exit through Planet Hollywood. Good way to end a pretty solid afternoon.

My three adult kids and I were there for about two hours and we were charged $16.50. We had to scan a QR code and then enter credit card information in order to pay when leaving the parking garage, no problem entering the garage at all the gate just went up. This will be problematic for many people who do not have smart phones, are using androids or cannot enter credit card information. This would be a real mess on super busy days. Luckily for us New Year's Eve afternoon was not busy at the showcase mall parking.

I used the QR code to register my parking (license plate number, credit card number). The issue was when we were leaving we followed the Exit sign to the gates. It's supposed to read your license plate and you can drive on through. It was confusing because there were about four lanes and there was a sign over the left ones saying "Compact cars". We went in the far right one which didn't seem for compact cars as we were in a Ford F-150. Also, we never saw any other options for exiting. The car in front of us had to call for assistance since the gate wasn't opening and when the woman came to help them, she directed us to the next lane over. We went through and all lanes went through the the same exit area. It was VERY narrow and had a big curve in it. We went as slow and careful as possible but it was impossible for our truck to make the turn without rubbing on the concrete wall. The truck got badly scraped. There really wasn't any way to backup and exit. Surely there is another way to exit but we sure didn't see it and the person should have warned us not to go that way.

Review #011 - 2025…read more We love attending Christmas Tree Lighting events--so before our trip, I searched for all the Christmas events that were taking place in Las Vegas during our trip. I've been to their events before so I knew it was one of those events that I wouldn't want to miss, especially since it was on a day that we had no other plans. We showed up around 6 PM on Wednesday, 11/26. We got to hang out and take pictures with Santa! We enjoyed a free live concert! My daughter was extremely happy with her free cotton candy! Who doesn't like being in a happy and festive environment? We were here during Christmas back in 2022 as well and their decorations were beautiful! If you're ever visiting Vegas during the holidays, you should definitely look up their Christmas tree lighting events :)

Parking here can be a nightmare, but there are quite a few parking spaces. Even if it's super busy, I can always find a spot, even if it means I have to walk a bit farther than I wanted. I like Town Square mostly for the food options. The Yard House here was the only one in town for a while and we loved to go here as a family and there were quite a few work excursions that happened here. We used to go to a bar close to this area too, where they did a lot of industry nights. There are still some really good food and bar options here today. The shopping is pretty good. There are stores here that you might not be able to find in other areas of town. I'm not a big shopper but you can also just window shop like I do, especially if you've just had a big meal and need to do a little La Passeggiata. Some of the shops are expensive, some are not, so there's really something for anyone's budget. I've noticed this place stays pretty clean and there are a good amount of people working to keep it that way. I appreciate that very much.
