They allow people to not share lanes (against the rules). If some members have the privilege of treating the place as their private pool, then why should I pay the same price since I am treated like a second class citizen? The rest of the place is nice and friendly, but if you are a SWIMMER, STAY AWAY! Also, I have not been able to figure out how to reach out to their board, which is fishy. I have reached the point of just quitting the most expensive gym in town where the lifeguards have created such a hostile environment that just thinking about going there gives me anxiety.

But I know people and I know when they are genuinely nice. Kelly is an absolutely amazing professional that exudes positivity. Every time I walk into the premises, she greets with an intoxicating smile and bubbly attitude. My wife bought me some laser hair removal sessions for a gift. I'll admit. I was a bit concerned as I've never "destroyed" hair follicles in my life (aside from the genetically defeated ones on my head).
