I was the first one at the door, door opened, 3 women cut in front of me, thanks ladies. finally signed in, then the receptionist told me I had to read and fill out a 17 page questionnaire, (on 17x14 sheets) I started, and realized it was going to take a while so I took it home. (I was not told during the two phone calls I could have done the questionnaire online). Follow me on this. One of the set times to see the doctor is 2pm - 5pm. I was there at 3:30pm. I was told I was 2 minutes LATE, that's right, 2 minutes late to go in to see the doctor as a new patient. I explained to the uncaring receptionist that the sign said 2pm-5pm and it was only 3:30pm. She really said this, "we already have 5 new patients with the doctor". I guess I was suppose to care about that. I had read some bad stuff about the staff. Since the doctor has a very high rating, I can only assume he does realize the way to treat the staff treats the patients. It couldn't have anything to do with fact that both visits I was the only male patient. but I was really not a patient because I was 2 minutes late. the staff was the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Absolutely incredible customer service…read more Let's get this out there. I'm a 38 year old dude that has never been to a body spa before. I have no frame of reference. But I know people and I know when they are genuinely nice. Kelly is an absolutely amazing professional that exudes positivity. Every time I walk into the premises, she greets with an intoxicating smile and bubbly attitude. My wife bought me some laser hair removal sessions for a gift. I'll admit. I was a bit concerned as I've never "destroyed" hair follicles in my life (aside from the genetically defeated ones on my head). Visions of scorched earth and agonizing skin melting ran through my head. Fret not, my fellow male compatriots. Kelly will guide you through a pain-free experience that ends with a grin as you walk out the door. If I ever need anything done that has to do with this line of services, I will undoubtedly be back! Not only do they not enforce the rules or even pay any attention, they have been rude to me multiple times, especially Darlene and Joe, and I have gotten hurt because they let all kinds of stuff just float around or let people get in without any warning. They allow people to not share lanes (against the rules). If some members have the privilege of treating the place as their private pool, then why should I pay the same price since I am treated like a second class citizen? The rest of the place is nice and friendly, but if you are a SWIMMER, STAY AWAY! Also, I have not been able to figure out how to reach out to their board, which is fishy. I have reached the point of just quitting the most expensive gym in town where the lifeguards have created such a hostile environment that just thinking about going there gives me anxiety.
